Hi! I have to say that renting a car at Alamo in Bath has been a superb experience. Tom came to pick us up at the hotel and processed everything with respect to the car in a very diligent, professional and courteous manner. He is a wonderful human being. He is kind, helpful and goes that extra mile to make sure that you have a great experience. He also gave us very useful tips. He was a charm to interact with.
