Finding ourselves in an emergency situation requiring a vet in the area was quite challenging, as we weren't registered with any nearby clinics, and were turned down by others. Fortunately, Jason and his team stepped in on just an hour's notice. Their attentiveness, kindness, and empathy were truly commendable.Despite our dog being very sick, they conducted all the necessary tests and scans to diagnose the issue and give us peace of mind. After owning dogs for many years and going to many vets, I can confidently say this is a great vet and would recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and caring veterinary clinic.

Really impressed with this new vet surgery. Staff are helpful and kind and the vet very knowledgeable too. My dog is quite old with a lot of issues and he quickly nailed a diagnosis my last vet didn't even get near which is so incredibly reassuring. I think it'd be great for any dog who hates the vets as well - it doesn't feel or look like a vet surgery, more like a posh cafe or hairdressers!

Highly recommend! This vet practice has state of the art equipment with advanced technologies. The practice is modern, clean and welcoming with really lovely staff. Jason is a fantastic vet with vast impressive knowledge of animal medicine. He has been treating my dogs for several years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My puppy fidget has a castration operation today & the service has been excellent. Jason is such a caring, warm & understanding vet, the best vet in the area. The rest of the team are friendly & so good with fidget, they made fidget feel less nervous. This is so joy to see, the best all round team.I'm so grateful that fidget doesn't have to wear a cone, his suit is such an ingenious idea.

Fantastic service. When I was looking at switching vets, they gave me a tour of the whole premises.I’ve taken my cat in to them three times now. They are always very kind and informative. Find time to see you on short notice and when explaining test results, they have taken me through to the lab to show me on the computers, which I find make it easier to understand.Decorated in a way that makes you feel comfortable and at home, rather than too clinical.I would highly recommend the team here.

First time visiting the practice today and I was really impressed. Jason took the time to explain the often hidden ailments that affect older cats, like ours, who is 13+. We got to see all of their fantastic facilities - it's reassuring to know how much can be done on site, with so many top spec machines. Our cat is an angry little demon at the vets but Jason and Laura made sure she was cared for, despite her attitude! A big thank you to Jayne also, who was lovely and handed out some cat treats.

Jason and his team truly understand and appreciate how important your fur baby is to you on an individual basis- no matter what the issue may be or how busy they may be - they will find time to talk to you on the phone and then see the fur baby face to face - the professional service is second to non - I am so grateful that Jason and his team have opened Whisker and Woof near to where I live, Munchkin has been incredibly well looked after and I know that if she needs to be seen she will be - I can not thank themEnough for being here. When she needs them the most. Thank you

Our first visit today first impressions the waiting room and receptionist were lovely and welcoming. Also booking and registering on line was very easy. When we saw Jason (the vet) he was was very good with my dog and did a full check. Also very impressed that the vet did not go straight to get a X-ray (which would have cost a fair amount) and to try pain relief and then we will see if my dog does need one in a month. Overall a very good addition of an independent vet (which I was looking for) to the area. Will definitely go back and will recommend to friends.
