We have just had a new boiler fitted this week. We are elderly and do not like people coming into our home, saying that, we have to praise the two boys that came to fit it for us they were courteous; clean; polite; and efficient , we cannot praise them enough. We have had people in here to jobs for us and have said to each other ,glad to see the back of that one. These two boys that came to fit our boiler can come for tea anytime ha ha. Thank you Daniel Picton and colleague great job.

C&T's work and customer service were terrible. A year after the work was completed, the boiler stopped working and a bucket of water was retrieved. C&T had attached the outlet to a faulty waste pipe, rather than putting a separate pipe in. I contacted them to discuss the issue and was told I was coming out with a million bloody words" over the line. The person on C&T end backtracked quickly

Be warned.This company are only interested in doing the absolute minimum to grt the job done so that they can milk the most profit out of a government grant. They installed a new boiler in my friend's home in June. This week a leak started. I went to find the leak in the loft space and discovered that they had run new copper pipework through a loft with known mice ingress using plastic fittings, something which no competent plumber would do. The fittings had been chewed causing the leak. Upon contacting the company the eventual response was basically oh well its mice so that's not our problem" despite the plumber involved being told about the mice and having to walk past several bait traps to install the pipework.I shall organise a real plumber to come and fix their mistake since the company can't be bothered but others should be warned. Don't expect them to do a good job. They will do a very basic job and try to wash their hands of any faults caused by their working to maximise their profits."

Our boiler broke down just a few weeks outside of the 2 year warranty.The company were very unhelpful, suggesting “you will need to find someone local to fix it”.The usual warranty on a Worcester boiler (that we paid for is 7 years) however C & T Eco consultants only offer 2 years.Plus the mess that was left in our attic after the cavity wall insulation was terrible!!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!Had a boiler replacement on the 17/01/22 and today my radiators are still not hot they are cold at the bottom. They were working perfect before I had this new boiler by them installed… it is freezing cold and I have 4 young children in the house I was told to take out procedures myself which didn’t work and now they are saying they need balancing well meant to come out last week I waited in no one turnt up and now no one is in the area to come out to me til beginning of February what a joke! The engineers were in such a rush to get to Taunton they left me with myself sorting out the current hive thermostat as without that I can’t get heating on! This company are a joke wouldn’t recommend be aware and stay away!!!

So pleased with this company. The boiler was put in, no mess, turned up when they said they would, done job very quickly, 100% satisfaction. Would recommend them any time. Thank you.

Thank you so much Wayne on a lovely very professional job. Explained how to use the nest thermostat and advised on putting it in a different room also re-fitted the heat link in a better place. Very happy customer only 1question .... my son linked his phone to the thermostat but did not remember to get the code to install it on my phone so if anyone knows how to find the code I would be very grateful. Well deserved 5 stars

The installation from start to finish was professional and stress free. We hit a few obstacles as the house threw up some anomalies and it was no trouble for the installers, they just worked around us and went with the flow. The whole team were professional and courteous and extremely lovely people. Thank youMrs Phillips

Excellent work from Liam, Stephen and Joel. When they fitted a new boiler and radiators at our home. Very clean and tidy and highly recommend their work and company.

Jonny came and fitted our new boiler yesterday, everything working perfectly, how to operate it explained , all follow up detailed, all left perfect no rubbish or mess . Pleasure to have Jonny in the house would recommend to everyone.Thanks
