Staff are so lovely and friendly and they join in playing the games with you! My two children have sen needs but went for the first session of the day so bot too busy. Good amount of games, worth the price. There is disability concession too. During a normal session some of the games are quite loud but they do offer sen sessions. We will be back.

Absolutely brilliant fun. Staff are really warm and welcoming. They will play the games too if you want. Variety of high quality games, lots I'd never see before. Time flew by. 1 hour is not enough. Def going back. Great value.

Went to High Score over Halloween with some family members & friends, we had a great time, the sessions are always so much fun & we cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic customer service from Oliver and so friendly, didn’t pressure us to leave after the timer went and we didn’t hear it and they wished us a good afternoon. Amazing games and place in general, highly recommend

Good selection of new games catering for kids through to adults. Retro games too. Most equipment in good repair. Only found one issue. You tend to book an hour slot. There is sufficient choice to easily fill this time. Staff very friendly and helpful. At £24 for myself and my son for one hour I thought it was a little pricey.

We booked in as a family of 4 yesterday and had a great time. The youngest in our group is 4 years old and there was plenty for her to do. There is an area with younger children's game and it's plenty big enough to keep a few younger children busy at once. When she wanted to play on the big air hockey table, a kind member of staff got a stall for her to stand on.The place was clean and tidy. The only thing I would say is that I could barely hear anything the staff were saying into the microphone at the beginning and end of the session.It would be really good if the waiting area had food and drink served, I'm guessing it's not in the licencing for the type of building it is. There is, however, a little fridge where you can buy canned drinks which you are only allowed to consume in the waiting area so as not to cause damage to the machines.

Highly recommend. Lovely staff really friendly and engaging with the kids. Machines all in good working order and best of all everything was immaculately clean. We'll definitely be regulars. Couldn't fault our visit in any way :)

We went with BCP Short Breaks for a session put on for children with SEND. We all had an amazing time there. Staff are warm and welcoming, they are happy to help when needed.The hour went by far to quickly. The place was clean and tidy and all machines in working order.It was a fantastic session and we are sure to visit again.Thanks guys.
