I have known the team at AutoMedics for many years now and after recently turning 17, they helped me find my first car. Very helpful team especially when it comes to car sales - little to no paperwork needed.

We went to look at a second hand Ford KA on Auto medics website in July, the car appeared to be good working order and in pretty good condition for its age.Phil let us take it for a run and my daughter loved it, no hard sell from Phil at all, the car had just been serviced and ran well.We purchased the car and drove it home, all good. The following day the dash lights came and smoke was coming form the brakes, I rang Phil who true to his word, arranged for the car to be collected and a courtesy car delivered.The car was returned fully repaired and working as it should.Phil and the team are rare people, true to their word and genuine people, this is a rare quality in this Industry. Everything that was wrong with the car was fixed, none of these faults were visible on the test drive nor on the drive home.A big thank you to a genuine bunch of people, we could not be happier with the end result.Phil and the team are one of the most genuine, true to their word people that I have met in a long time. circles)Bought a Mazda MX5 from them a couple of months ago, brilliant initial service, fantastic after sales service and incredible attention to detail. I asked for the door skins to be sorted as there was a couple of annoying door ding dents which were so annoying. The coachwork was fantastic absolutely fantastic. There was a leak in the passenger footwell (well known in MX5 circles) and I was prepared to pay for the remedial work, but this was undertaken foc and with a smile. Absolutely recommended!

Lovely people - came to my rescue when I discovered I had a flat tyre. Steve changed my tyre - a real “ knight in shining armour” . Wouldn’t take any payment. A rare find in these times. I promised I would write a review, well deserved their 5 star rating.

Absolutely amazing service would definitely recommend. Phil was an absolute top bloke and very polite and full of manners. Emily in the office was an extremely nice receptionist and helped me through everything with my quotes and my car. All the staff were proper geezas and top blokes. They were all fab at what they do and my car was done in a few days. I would definitely recommend auto medics.
