Avoid this place, poor customer service. Booked in for a crown, after waiting almost an hour beyond my appointment time, they took me in. Without any discussion they installed a temporary crown (silver). Non the wiser, I had thought that the “official” crown (white finished product) was installed, only to be told after paying the full amount that the installed crown was a temporary one and that I would need to come back to have the permanent crown done at a later date. Once I was home I discussed with my son as to what had happened and he decided to call the practice to ask some questions. After giving consent to my son to speak on my behalf he spoke to Anita (who is the practice manager). She was very rude and unprofessional and eventually shut the phone in my son’s face because she was unable to answer the simple questions as to why the temporary crown was installed without prior discussion with the client (me). She used the classic get out clause of “you’re being rude” to answer the question when my son was merely patiently waiting for an explanation. She even had the audacity to ask my son sarcastically, as to why would the practice need to discuss whether a temporary crown was installed after the procedure was carried out. I would highly recommend that you avoid this unprofessional practice.

Contacted originally for emergency quite some time ago due to wisdom issues and since that first visit I have stayed with this dentist. I relocated years ago and hadn't got round to finding a dentist locally and this was my 3rd call to attempt an emergency appointment the same day! Thankfully they had one & I am now a regular here.I used to hate the dentist when I was a child and all the horror stories (everyone has one) but Mr Crowe and the whole team are wonderful, kind, caring people. I was terrified of having an extraction and the amount I was shaking it was pretty obvious but after a little reassurance and information and a calm down it was actually painless - including the needle! I don't know how, but it was amazing and I was stunned. I also got a free follow up appt as unfortunately I got a dry socket, its common, but it was fixed up very quick. I return for every appointment and pleased to say my teeth and gum health have improved alot since following simple advice. This has been 2 years I think since my first visit now and I can't recommend this place enough. If you need assistance in a dental emergency or a check up I recommend this place fully.

Very appreciative of Dr. Crowe for seeing me last minute through NHS 111, and for removing my painful wisdom tooth with no pain at all! Very professional service, polite and friendly staff who go above and beyond! Definitely recommend!

Suffering a broken tooth with pain, my own dentist wouldn’t give me an appointment until 24/05/21 even when I asked to be seen privately and even then it wouldn’t be for any treatment.Luckily my daughter found the lovely dentist Mr M Crowe who responded to a message I sent on a Saturday during the Easter break. He saw me the following Wednesday removed the tooth in no time and have another appointment made. I was so grateful to him for his prompt attention.

Had an emergency appointment with these dentist I had never been there before so was really nervous as well as my teeth not being seen too for over a year. I cannot highly recommend m l crowe dentist. Staff are so friendly will put you at ease awser any questions you have. Clean environment. I cannot thank these guys for all they done for me. Will defo recommend this dentist.

I hadn't seen a dentist for seven years and was anxious. Visited here for an emergency dentist appointment, dentist is professional and efficient made me feel at ease and work was painless and quick, surgery is lovely and clean and dental nurses and receptionists are lovely. Had a lower back tooth extracted and a filling didn't feel a thing. Will definitely be back here and would recommend to anyone who hasn't been in a while or who goes on a regular basis.

Mark and Juliana(I hope I got the name right). Outstanding, fast, caring service here! Before I knew it , 2 extractions were completed. As I'm a nervous person when it comes to needles, Juliana held my hand and even during the extraction kept telling me I was doing good. For the first time in s doctors room, I did not feel rushed off. Procedure went exceptionally well and I have been booked for a review already. Thank you Mark.

I genuinely cannot praise Dr Crowe and his team highly enough. We have always been treated with the utmost care and attention, but importantly, we have always been made to feel welcome and put at ease (by all members of staff). We have been in today for an appointment to have my daughter's tooth extracted and it is true to say she is a very nervous dental patient. She was treated with utter patience and kindness by Dr Crowe and his dental nurse, and we have come away grateful, as always, at knowing we are in their safe hands. We feel very lucky to be registered to this practice and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I am a anxious problematic individual, but saying that is still an understatement; the staff here made me completely comfortable and perfomed the surgery to have my tooth removed quickly. I was surprised at the skill of Mr Crowe and after meeting dentists all over east anglia, i have to say; him and his staff are the best.

After years of not going to the dentist from previous bad experience I came across this one and they are brilliant! 5* service from the minute you walk through the door! Would definitely recommend to anyone especially is you are a nervous patient like me!
