Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Sevenoaks

Do not rent a car from this company! Volkswagen put me in touch with them to use a car for the day because they had no courtesy cars, I drove it home and back, a couple of miles and they said that I had damaged the car with slits in the tyres. I said I’m not paying it, they then called me a couple days later and apologised and said I won’t be getting charged could you leave a positive review about your experience. Now a month or so later I got a email saying I’m getting charged and they have now took the money out my bank without my permission. Bunch of thieves, dishonest company, do not use them they will try find a way to get money out of you. It makes it even worse that Volkswagen uses them and I bet they don’t refund my money either.

Very efficient, friendly young driver collected me. Unfortunately we had to return home as I needed a physical cr cd for the £1 you have to leave. No one told me that

Very poor customer service from Sevenoaks branch. Lying through their teeth, went back on their word. Very rude behaviour to boot. Promised refund when we returned a malfunctioning car and then went back on their word after 45 days of back and forth in email

Booked at 10am, got a call asking for £200 deposit which I was unable to provide. Tried cancelling at 11am and was charged £40 for the privilege

Same day Booked van online prompt call from Sevenoaks to keep me updated they were going the extra mile to pickup from another branch as none on site - van brand new clean - very helpful polite customer service no hesitation in using again would highly recommend

Really friendly and accommodating staff. They were kind enough to take us to the sevenoaks train station. That's beyond 5 stars!!

Make sure you ring them for confirmation of your payout when you have an insurance claim as dates were not as they first explained and could have been caught out

Friendly and efficient service. No waiting around and hire process quick and easy. All staff really helpful, and Ben who did the car handover was great. Would definitely recommend.

Horrific company, do not use! They will claim damage that does not exist and will try to charge you £200. The car that I rented was handed back in perfect condition. However I was informed that there was a “tyre cut” on the passengers tyre. After getting this looked at by the local tyre specialist, I was told there was no damage and the tyres would pass every test possible. After paying for a new tyre and returning the car, the worker at enterprise did not look at the new tyre as I handed the keys back, clearly after my money. Make sure you film and take pictures of the car before use.
