Little Italy

Food arrived cold and chewy and forgot one of our drinks and said they'd come back with it but didn't bother.When we first started ordering from here we never had any problems but last few times have been cold, poor food. Last time we're ordering from here.

Had the meal deal 2 - pizzas were lovely, garlic bread was good and the chips were amazing. Also ordered a banoffee pie but was sent a chocolate gateaux instead because they’d ran out. I rang them and explained my confusion, apparently the driver was meant to make us aware but this was never communicated. Usually, I would be okay with this except for the fact I’m allergic to chocolate…. So I’ve had to put in for a £3.50 refund. I feel awful but I genuinely can’t eat their replacement. Will give them another go in the future because I did enjoy what I could eat

Placed a order over 3 hours ago it turned up and food was missing meaning two people could eat out of the 5 .. Called and said they would send it..never arrived. 3hours.25 mins have passed rang twice and still nothing Already paid for food. Disgusting carry on!

Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious Italian cuisine in a charming and inviting atmosphere. The food, service, and ambiance were all excellent, and I can't wait to return!

Phoned up when the food was quoted time for delivery arrival to be told it would be another 30 mins bare in mind we ordered at 7pm which means 2 hours for a basic takeaway. Surely they have the ability to stop taking orders and provide a quality service, instead of being a greedy place that offers terrible service and basic food. Avoid like the plague

Food was 30 minutes late, cold, and tasted like tepid greasy cardboard with extra beard hairs. No idea what these people who've previously given 5 stars are normally eating, but this is definitely one to avoid like the plague.

The food was lovely and reasonable prices

Appalling service. Ordered online twice, both times midweek, both times arrived over an hour late and both missing items. Called back to request missed items and asked if I want then now or next time. Asked for now and never arrived. Next order i advised never received sauces and only half of what was missed last time was sent and this time chips missing. Asked for chips and still not arrived. Called twice to ask where missing items are and still nothing.Never ordering from these again!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!Waited 10 mins at the counter cos the staff were to busy dealing with delivery orders to even attempt to deal with people waiting, when they eventually tuck my order went back to dealing with delivery drivers another 5 mins past and was told I would have to wait 10mins for chicken (maybe this should have been said when I ordered) 15 mins later I received my very disappointing food, dry tasteless and no sources even though I had asked for them. ZERO apologies for the wait and later noticed they had short changed me!

I had an absoloutly terrible experience with this takeaway, I'd ordered before via phone and always recieve my food LATE, terrible stomach ache the next morning. I recieved a text through about their new website stating that I would get a 20% discount if I ordered online, but I found out ordering online meant paying £10 delivery!! So i called and placed my oder instead, stating that i'd recieved a text about the discount, to which i got nothing but verbal abuse down the phone telling me how I could only order offline and that they wouldn't accpet my PATHETIC order ( the words of the guy on the phone NOT mine). I will NOT be ordering from these guys ever again, out of pure principle.
