The Fireplace has lots of choices Fireplaces. (We didn't need a new fire and we weren't pressurised into buying one). Excellent local fitters (Eoin & Chris) Really pleased with the installation , no mess and on time.

Replaced gas fire for me. Fabulous and professional service from Tim and his team. Highly recommend this very experienced business.

We recently visited a few local places to see gas fires and surrounds, however none of them seemed genuinely interested in providing information. This wasn't the case when visiting Tim at his premises. He clearly knows his products, is very helpful and is straight talking. Steve and his son (also Steve), installed the fire and both were very efficient, friendly and tidy. Genuine customer service is getting harder to come by these days, however we certainly received it from Tim, Steve and Steve and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Excellent showroom with good selection of products to choose from, Tim takes the time to discuss the options and give advice. Ian and Chris were our installers; good team of grafters who got on with the job and overcame a few difficulties to install our new fire. Cannot recommend The Fireplace enough.

Just had my fire and surround fitted today and absolutely delighted with it. Excellent service from the start (Tim knows his business inside out and gives helpful advice and recommendations) to finish (James and Cammy the fitters did an excellent job of removing the old fire and surround and installing the new one). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fire and surround, fantastic work gents, keep it up.

Recently the Fireplace installed a gas fire and surround for me. I am in the process of a house renovation, and was very pleased that Tim took the time to talk with me about the style of fireplace that would best suit my house, and also reassured me as to my decision - communication was excellent throughout.The installation carried out by James and Cammy was professional and neatly done. They arrived on time, and worked hard to overcome any challenges the house threw up at them. They did not finish until the job was completed and gave me clear instructions on how the fire operated.I was very impressed by the whole team and am very happy to recommend them all.
