This was my first time using KMR Audio. What a great and honest company!There was an issue found during testing the used monitors I ordered. They rang me straight away to tell me the bad news and that they wouldn't be happy to send these out, or send me the repaired pair. Instead of just refunding me, they offered me a really decent price on a brand new pair. They was really apologetic. Nick who I dealt with was great throughout! The new monitors arrived as stated. I will 100% be using KMR again. Defo one of the best customer service experiences for me in a long time. Cheers!

These guys really know their stuff! Always extremely professional on the phone and go above and beyond to help no matter what your budget is! Tom spent a couple of hours on the phone with me to give me a crash course in modular synths as I am a complete beginner in this field, I haven't committed to a purchase yet but he gave me lots to think about! Brilliant shop and fantastic customer service!

I have had great experiences dealing with, and buying from KMR. I have been given lots of time and free advice by phone, an hour or more trying various large diaphragm vocal mics instore, in their excellent demo room, plus great advice on how to mic and record a grand piano in a less than ideal space. Everything has arrived on time and performed as promised. I cannot praise them highly enough, and recommend them wholeheartedly. Most of my dealings have been with Stefan, but all the staff are genuinely interested in serving you well. FIVE STARS!

Excellent! I'm only just getting into production, been a guitarist for 30 years but turning my hand to something new. Unit I ordered had been discontinued, but they offered me an excellent alternative package which I'm really excited about; quick and clear communication and updates, and really just couldn't fault the service so far. Five stars fully deserved; would recommend.

What can I say - I’ve dealt with Tom the synth legend at KMR over the past 3 years after having a negative experience with another ‘ Pro audio’ retail shop.Tom instantly made me feel welcome and went that extra mile, he is switched on with the products they sell, friendly and above all very professional.
