Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Really pleased with the service given from measuring and pricing the windows with Richard. Plus the advice given agreeing with my wife for the style and colours of the windows and doors. Which turned out to be better than expected. The windows and doors were fitted by Shaun who took any problems encountered in his stride without any fuss and made sure that he provided a top class service from start to finish. Overall we are really pleased with the service and product we have had fitted. They look amazing and have been fitted to a high standard. We would highly recommend 3D Windows Ltd and the team to anyone who wanted a hassle free service with great products fitted by excellent tradesmen for decent prices.

We have had our windows and doors for almost a year now along with the renewed cladding fascias soffits and gutters an excellent job from the whole team everything well organized from the scaffolding to leaving the house clean and tidy at the finishA year on and I'm still amazed at the transformation 3D Windows made to our home thanks to Richard with all the information and the hard work of Phil and his team I'm a very satisfied customer

Quick service from initial measuring up, by Richard, to fitting of windows by Phil and Eddie. My two windows were fitted in just 3 and a half hours and all mess was cleaned up, and windows polished. Any questions I had were answered adequately.Would recommend company and service to anyone.

Really happy with the service and work carried out by 3D Windows Ltd.Very professional and great costumer service. No pushy sales or silly price discussion which we have experienced with nationwide window sales companies.The fitting took place on the date and time agreed by a very respectful and safety conscious fitter who carried out an excellent job.We are very pleased with how the door looks and works but I feel assured that if we did have any concerns 3D would look for a solution.Most definitely recommend this local company to anyone thinking of having replacement doors and windows.We will be using 3D again for the replacement of our windows .

Prior to committing to 3D, we searched everywhere, for a company offering a competitive rate, with a reputable name and excellent customer satisfaction, BOY did we find it!I've left many a review in my time, both good and bad, but i'm a firm believer that when you receive a high level of service, you should scream from the roof tops about it!From our initial quotation with Tony, we were showed the physical frames, glass options, colour options, the safety benefits, and what choosing to spend more or less money with the company would yield in terms of the end product, Tony was with us for around 3 hours on his first visit.The choice of frames/handles/doors/colours/locks/finishes was overwhelming, and the customisation options we chose for anthracite exterior and white interior, 3D took in their stride.Soon after, Richard visited our property to measure up, confirm specfications and amend the quote marginally as we'd changed a few details, and the deposit was paid.Weeks later, the day of reckoning was brought forward by 1 calendar week, and the tear down commenced, Phil and his team are absolutely WORLD-CLASS at their jobs, having bought this property as a Doer-upper" 13 months ago

5 *Phil and Jordan provided an excellent service. They encountered a few problems during the fit due to the age of our property, they took it in their stride and overcame the issue. They were professional and were a delight to have in our home. I can’t recommend them enough. Rich is great, he gives you an honest opinion and helps you achieve something beautiful. The guys have literally transformed our house into something stunning and modern. They are so good we are hoping to have them all back to clad the property.

It's a shame that I believed the good reviews about this company.If you want to save time and money, avoid this company. The windows are installed in poor quality. Windows get stuck when opening.Called more than once to come and fix it. You have to wait a long time until they come and fix it.

Fantastic company. Rich came over and listened to everything I needed and was great with coming up with ideas. Had the patio door installed along with my cat flap and it looks fantastic. Great workmanship and very professional. Will definitely be using again for my front door.

Review on behalf of Mr R Woodruffe, Bromyard.I originally contacted 3D to have my windows replaced. However they suggested I only needed some glass panels replaced. It was refreshing to get an honest opinion on what I actually required.The installer arrived on time, and did an excellent job with no mess. I am very happy with the job they did, and customer service is also very good.
