Did a good job on the repair.Took a while to get started due to lack of communication.Friendly staff.

They did a top quality job painting my restoration project. It was a massive job and lots of other bodyshops had quoted stupid money or just turned it down. Since then we have used them for all the fleet vehicles also with no issues. Highly recommended, nice to deal with.

I would avoid Collision Care Group aka Palace Panels amongst other names.I am sorry to write this review as Paul their estimator seemed to be professional. But they did not repair the car as agreed, therefore I had to return my car and wait another week for the work that should have been done before to be done.They finished the repairs as they should have done in the first place then they returned my car damaged! My key stopped working, my door lock was broken and window swich bar was missing / broken. The repair was not to top standard with scuff marks where the paint repair was done, it was not cleaned very well also and not at all internally.I contacted them about the issues on 11th November and after this date and they still haven’t put things right with Sean saying he needs to find a like for like courtesy car and will call me back.I understand things can go wrong, but all they have to do is contact me and tell me how they are going to put things right. Not give me the run around.For issues like this anything over a week is too long, this started in July, and it is still not over thanks to poor care of my car, I have requested that Mr Durrant the Director look into this issue for me.

I waited nearly 3 months to get my car back. When I did, there were issues with the car. Also parts of the car on the underside were only being held together with cable ties!

Took my skoda polite staff very professional. Car came back new again thank you..

Collision Care carried out repairs to the front of my Toyota Prius, on behalf of my insurance company. Everything was sorted and it was returned cleaned. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Friendly and professional when your life has taken a bash.Communicative and prompt.The repair looks great.But. Tiny courtesy car smelled of cigarettes and my car's battery was not reconnected properly so cut out two days later. I did warn them it had been disconnected by recovery driver and asked when picking it up.Would be happy to use again should I need to.

On Tuesday morning after a bank holiday weekend I turned up at CS Auto with one of the Wedding Cars. The the front wing stoved in by a careless person parking. That car was booked to collect a bride 4 days later and new panels are not available for these old cars. 36 hours later I was called to say it had been repaired. If that doesn't warrant a 5 star review I don't know what does.

I just collected my car with 100% satisfaction. Not only have I satisfied with the quality and the time of the repairs, but their customer service is excellent. All staff in CS Auto are very kind. Particularly, Carol (?) in reception is one of the best staff I have ever met.They should be proud of themselves.I really appreciate your service!
