I would give them zero stars if I could. They made me wait almost an hour to get pedicure by which time I got impatient and left with my feet wet. The lady in the shop started shouting when I said I had been waiting for almost an hour. They are really rude and unprofessional. They shop also looks really dirty and the staff do not wear masks.

How things change a month ago I gave them 5 stars. Went in to get a full set done. Price was £40 for shellac and design. Yes my nails are long but I already had my own tips on ( i love the shape of these tips) which he was happy to work with. the price was still £40 regardless of the length. Acrylic applied and time was ticking due to parking so I decided to paint them at home. He said £30 a bit steep but l was ok with it due to the length. Went to wash my hands and then told £35. Not impressed if a full set and shellac is £40 how'd you work that out. Prices made up as they go along. I'll take my custom elsewhere thanks.

It was freezing in there. Disappointing considering it's been around for years bit never want to make customers feel comfortable whilst getting treatment. Link of paint wouldn't goba miss and cheaper price

Not going back, everything is a rush, not only one person does your nails and theres a room that the lady sometimes sleeps in during the day!! If you want cheap nails that's the place to go

Got my nails done on the 17th and not even 24 hours my nails broke, not only did it break the nail polish is bubbling, looks dreadful. Disgusting service, horrible people, save your money and go somewhere nice like Lala nails. The lady in there was coming out like she wanted to fight me. Nasty people.

I've been going here out of convenience for the last few years as they're the closest shop to me. They're not very approachable, I felt pressured into spending more money than I wanted to on more than one occasion.I almost never leave feeling fully satisfied and if you try and raise your preference, it's like the staff loathe you for it.Got my nails done for my birthday and wanted a certain design. I forgot to let them know at the beginning that I wanted ombre and when I showed them they were so frustrated at me and basically kicked up a fuss about how it can't be done. I accepted it couldn't be done but the attitude was unnecessary. I also always request coffin shape and they never do it as narrow as I like. After requesting it to be even narrower twice, I give up and just walk away with whatever.Today I realised though, if I'm paying £43 for shellac matte nails then I should be able to say what I want and how I want. These lot are bullies and make a usually relaxing thing very stressful.I won't be going back.

Very good service. Lovely nails everyone commented how nice they looked. The whole experience was very relaxing, had a pedicure as well as the finger nails. He was very gentle, very thorough. These are the best set of nails I've ever had

Been going here for years as my mum used to go there and when I became old enough I just followed where she went. But I’m officially over this place. I always leave feeling half satisfied with the length or quality of my nails.I used to come here when a full set was £20 then they put the prices up and it feels like they add money onto everything for eg before nail art used to be included in your full set now it’s a whole £5 for nail art ( extra paint) it’s ridiculous . Then there’s the rushing every time I’ve been in the there they have rushed my nails it’s like when a new customer comes in they see money signs and then they start rushing your nails to go start someone else’s. Like people are spending there money atleast take your time.

Absolute disgrace! Ruined my nails for my sisters wedding! This place ruined my nails. ( i took the pics after they grew out) but look at the horrid shape they gave me i asked for coffin nails this shape doesnt even exist on the shape chart if it did it would probably be called troll nails!!! They looked like clumpy bumps. I paid £65 for this disgrace that hasnt even been painted properly. The photos speak for themselves. Primary school kida could have done a better job. Was going here for a few months and gave them many chances after a lot of weird shapes and outcomes but this drew the line. Last time I went there i was the only one in the shop on a Tuesday, and they rushed me and done my pedicure at the same time as my manicure to save time!! It was dead empty too. I was having a panicked and the guy got a stool, put a towel over the arm rest and started doing my nails balancing on the arm rest, while my feet were getting done! I kept having to twist and turn towards him while I was trying to relax with my pedicure. Also while he was cutting my nails it was falling into the bath tub with my feet, so disgusting they just wanted to rush me to enjoy their free time. Dont waste your money guys!! Worst salon ever I wouldn’t even call this a salon. Do not go there they also gave my sister an ingrown nail on her foot because they cut it wrong and she went to hospital for surgery!!! Not even qualified properly.

AMAZING! I have been coming here for over 10 years, they never disappoint and always exceed my expectations. Very welcoming and make you feel at home. Highly recommend this place.
