We contacted Ben on a Friday morning and had a mortgage offer from our new lender on Monday morning. This was after some ongoing issues with another broker who was local to us. I can't recommend Ben highly enough. And we received pretty much instant replies from him and regular updates (even though the whole process only took 3 days!).
