Terrible. Not enough bar staff. Staff more interested in talking to regulars than actually serving people. Once they've taken your money at the bar, no interest in delivering your food.Walked outWouldn't mind the shoddy service so much if you were paying spoons prices. But to pay over 15 quid a main, this place is disgusting.

Chloe and (sorry didn't catch the name of the guy although he told me the lady's name, shown me to my table and you recognised me from being there for a few nights, bearded rocker couldn't miss me) were both absolutely amazing. Professional yet still having a good (albeit brief as it was busy) chat, made it feel like a local!All the staff were great but these 2 went out of their way to go above and beyond. Made the business trip feel all the better.Definitely recommend the salmon, and the sticky toffee pudding.Keep it up, and make sure to keep those 2 on board, coaching from them would show what service is all about.Only negative would be charging for hot sauce, that a couple of days earlier was free. Is what it is and of course understand these cost money to supply...

The Kingswood Beefeater is more of a restaurant than a pub, no bar games. Very popular for meals, good variety of beer including a cask conditioned real Ale. It's a nice cosy place the staff are very friendly and efficient. There is plenty of outside seating in the beer garden, and a covered area. Large free car park.

The guy on the door who greeted us was great, and the food and the rest of the staff were not! It came out barely warm and tasted OK, but honestly, weatherspoons are better and cheaper. I ordered my daughter a childrens meal, which included a pudding, after waiting at the bar for a few minutes (being looked at by several members of staff but not being asked if I needed service) I ended up having to interrupted their conversation to ask for it, after waiting another 10 minutes (there were no other customers in) we still have it, so, again I went back to the bar and was ignored by all the staff, again, I had to interrupt to tell them we had to go so wouldn't be needing the desert anymore, the girl just said 'OK' no apology or offer to see if it was nearly ready. I always like to leave good reviews and find positives where I can, but unfortunately, this place was just awful.

Extremely rude, arrived at 11.20 to be abruptly told we would have to wait for 10 minutes before service starts. We said it was fine and we would wait. Walked over to the bar for the staff sat down to talk about us being early one staff member said 'oh for god sake', first person came back again and said we don't have service for 10 mins to which I thanked her for telling us as the website said they were open, she didn't look thrilled by that and 2alked away to the other staff in the area and they all started laughing. We left at this pint as we were so unwelcome! Won't be going again

Nice place and food OK but service dreadful. Sooo slow, it was painful. Receipt wrong several times so watch for overcharging on kids meals.Definitely won't be using again, there's plenty of eateries that don't take 40 minutes to bring your food.

It was ok, didnt seem anything special, Ordered Fish and Chips from the main menu at around £15 I think, but it wasnt huge and there wasnt too many chips - but it was nice - just a shame about the portions for the size - in my opinion for that particular meal anyway

Really busy, one polite member of staff seemed to be doing everything! Waited for an hour for our food and was only just warm when it did come! Won't be going back in a hurry.

Poor from the start, walking up to the restaurant the outdoor seating needed to be cleaned and tidied, glasses on most tables rubbish on the floor. Walked through the door waiting at the sign to be seated with a number of staff looking at us but not acknowledging us to seat us. Finally getting a seat we ordered drinks then when they arrived at the table we ordered food, we waited as other people were seated after us but received there food before us, when we received the food it was ok but had better.Toilets were clean but need some attention with missing mirrors, screws and brackets sticking out of the wall and hand dryers not working.
