Great service from Service Plus to replace water tank in loft, following leak. Original call out (Saturday, 24th June) was arranged by my insurance company and Service Plus attended in c.2 hours to isolate the problem. They called mid-morning yesterday (Monday, 26th June) to confirm that they had sourced a new tank and attended today to fit it. All work was completed quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with result. Just need someone to come and redecorate now to cover up the water damage; hope I find a company that is equally efficient! Thank you Service Plus.

Both Simon and Connor were fantastic. A complete installation for gas central heating done smoothly, professionally and even asked where we wanted to pipe work to go. Worked as quietly as they could and when in meetings, stopped drilling to allow me to run them smoothly. Very accomadating and just all round friendly people as well. Knew their trade like the back of their hand and were happy to answer questions. even installed a outdoor tape last minute for us. Highly recommend them xx well done guys

I booked a engineer to service my gas fire 5 weeks ago. I double checked 2 days ago, that the engineer would be coming out, a polite lady said yes its in the schedul( that's your 1 star)Today 30 November 2023 the engineer should have arrived.At 11.30 in the morning,I phoned only to be met with a recorded message. if your engineer is booked for today he will contact you when he is on his way."At 14.30 I phoned for a update.This time a man answered

Connor fixed our leaking water tank, even put the cupboard door back on which we had removed, and left everything very tidy. I was working from home with a poorly kid; Connor was very polite and worked quietly while I had online meetings. The work is all clearly labelled and upgraded. He took away our old tank for disposal. Cannot fault his work or his professional manner. Highly recommended.
