Appalling treatment by staff who refused to sell me pain medication for a long term repetitive strain injury that leaves me unable to function fully. Avoid like the plague there are lots of other pharmacies where the staff don’t treat you with suspicion. I am not an addict I am simply someone in pain you monsters. I will be writing a letter of complaint and posting reviews to Twitter & FB and contacting my doctor to write to the pharmacy also. Sickened that a Pharmacy will refuse treatment for my pain simply because other people misuse pain medication. You should be ashamed!

I honestly can not understand some of the VERY negative comments on here. I have used this pharmacy on a regular basis for years and I can't speak more highly of all the staff. If anything I have found that the manager Mel and her great team usually go far and away above what you would usually expect of a pharmacy. Brilliant service.

Farrow's Pharmacy opens at 7am, which is a fantastic asset as most other pharmacies around North Bradford don't open until 9am, and that can create problems for those of us who start work before 9am.Farrows' pharmacy's 7am opening time means i can collect my essential medications and STILL be at work on time, which is a god-send to me personally, and no doubt for many other people aswell.The staff are always polite, courteous, informative (when asked questions), helpful, friendly, and proofessional, and i would suggest Farrows' pharmacy to everyone who needs one.

The staff are totally incompetent, I don’t know how they’ve been employed there, there’s never anyone at the front giving customer service even though there’s plenty of staff, the lad there needs a haircut as he clearly can’t see, and some customer service skills, won’t be going her again they useless
