Really disappointed. Asked for the £11.99 car wash. Was told it wasn’t available?? Surly it’s a hand wash? all I could have was the £25 wash but he would give me for £20. He Caught me off guard and I paid the £20, it was a treat anyway getting it done there so I was expecting it to be perfect. The left front alloy hadn’t been cleaned right, the left hand door still has bird mess on it that was half washed off, and there were 2 other bits that still had white bird mess on a window and handle. It was nice and shiny so it has been waxed I was just disappointed being charged £20 and it hadn't been done right

Great clean and Polish of my car, guys were very friendly and car was ready when I got back into car park.Great value for money.

I've used this service a few times over the years and have always been impressed, apart from this most recent time. The car looked clean on first inspection but in actual fact the car was still dusty and dirty on the inside. The glass was streaky and it was obvious that corners had been cut during the cleaning process. I won't be returning as the price isn't worth the result.

I left my car with these guys today at around 3pm for a 25 quid job - so I paid for much more than just the basics. When I collected it, they were closed, and the alloys still had black dirt in them at the corners/bends. Maybe they only like doing the easy bits? I could have done the job better myself but don't have time which is why I pay! Given other customers have commented similarly, it seems these guys don't learn from feedback either.This is a disgraceful way to treat a paying customer. I'm giving you one star because regardless of the condition of the rest of the car, you have not completed the job. I will not be back, and anyone reading this should take heed.

Today I left my car at the Buchanan galleries car wash company for a full valet job priced at £150! Admittedly the car was pretty dirty and desperate for a clean but after picking up my car 2 and a half hours later I was shocked at the poor quality job that was done. The outside of the car looks okay from about 20 feet but once you look close there are streaks, missed spots all over the car including the wheels and overspray/uncleaned washing solution all over the rear of my car.On the interior it gets even worse. For the money I got back;a very dusty dashboard (the man who upsold me on the package made a point several times that they would dust and clean the entire dashboard), streaks across the wood on my dash, blotchy marks on my seats, the roof lining had not been cleaned at all, someone STOLE a cartoon of juice out of the box I had in the car, the rear passenger door was jammed closed so I had to force it open from the inside, and they seemed to use something that made the pedals extremely slippery to use making a minor safety issue...Overall an extremely poor experience.

I wouldn't normally leave a negative review anywhere, however I would like to share my experience so others can avoid the same thing happening to them.I visited Buchanan Galleries Car Park on 8th October. We had previously been camping and thought it would be great for the car to get an interior hoover while we were shopping for the day. We have never used the in car park service (The Car Wash Company) located on the 3rd floor beside the entrance to the shops before.We had some troubles with the gentleman working when trying to ensure we were paying for the correct service. After agreeing the service and paying up front, he put a washcloth in the lock of our driver door and told us to leave with the key. We thought this was a tad strange, as we have never had to do that before when getting a valet service. We went away anyway and enjoyed our day, however when we returned to the car, the car wash was closed and our car battery had been completely drained.We were completely stranded in the car park as we don't live locally. The car park attendants were unable to help us and the number on the notice boards for the car park went un-answered.Please do not leave your car here whilst shopping, especially if you do not live locally. The customer experience from start to finish was terrible. We ended up having to pay a £99 AA charge and subscription fee to get someone to jump start the battery.We paid £25 for this service.. Buchanan Street Car Park should reconsider who they trust with this contract. Very disappointing and dangerous had I been through for the day on my own.

Tried to oversell me and persistently (took 5 mins for me to explain I didn't want to spend £50) using lack of English to do so. Scratched my car during the cleaning process, claimed ignorance, then gave themselves a £5 tip rounding up without asking me. I'd suggest everyone to stay well clear of this place.

Have used this car wash previously but the last twice I have felt the staff are trying to scam/upsell towards their more expensive packages. I felt pressured and staff member became aggressive when I started asking questions about packages. He said they didn’t have the chemicals available for the cheaper washes.I left and chose not to use them. I doubt I will return.

Review for the Braehead branch as they are not on Google.Absolutely shocking job - dropped the car off and explained to the employee several times that I only had an hour to spare, asked if they could do a full valet and was reassured they could. Got back an hour later for the same person to tell me he needed half an hour more. Ended up paying for the exterior only, which was a shoddy job at that.To add insult to injury they had been eating a packet of crisps inside my car so the interior was left messier than at the beginning, and I had to remove these myself before leaving.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Not the best.Review at Buchanan Galleries Glasgow.Paid for their top level wash advertised at over £50 - paid £40.Alloy wheels not properly cleaned and had to finish then of later.They used what looks like cockpit shine (back to black) on the inside of the car but all this did was leave patches which are black and other patches which were not as black. They also used it on the steering wheel which left an unpleasant feel to it.Seats also had this applied to them (black leather) which left streaks all over them.Not a very good job given the price paid. Would not use again.
