Leam Lane Sheds and Fencing

Found these guys online after being given a steep quote elsewhere for a garden shed. Met Clare who showed me around and came up with a quality shed with the size I wanted at half the cost. Delivered, assembled and put up in super quick time as arranged. Would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Supplied and delivered a great little 4x6 shed. Prompt and polite service and always good to use local firms. Shed was installed in about 45 minutes no bother. I thoroughly recommend.

Very happy with the results. Really sturdy, solid shed, built to the specification and dimensions that we gave. They came out to check the site, measured up, the shed was built and installed exactly the way we wanted it. Decent price. Really easy people to deal with too.

Our summer house was faulty since initial installation. The doors jammed and moved from new due to weight of glass.Managed to arrange one repair visit after much difficulty and staff who had 0 time keeping and turned up unannounced, then made false accusations of me slamming a door in front of them despite me having camera footage showing otherwise. Aggressive staff on telephone when I tried to actually schedule a time I was available rather than disrupting client calls (I work from home).Door was then faulty again a few weeks later and has never worked properly since.Now we have damp all over the roof despite the summer house being less than two years old. We have had it inspected by a professional who has advised it was never installed properly to begin with. Tried to contact twice and no response. The end of a very poor customer experience and I’ll have to get a new company in to fix their shoddy workmanship. Avoid!

Having previously been supplied with a Garden Shed, I needed some garden storage and Leam Lane Sheds obliged with my dimensions required.Perfect for potting plants also.

We had a 7ft x 5ft Pent Shed erected on the 13/12/21which met all our expectations, namely cost, quality and service. The owner even assisted me to level the ground base prior to erection - due to health problems. Further the building team had to adapt the panel sizes as they had to be carried directly through the Bungalow due to the difficult internal angles and having no external access.The office staff together with the external team were most helpful giving advice because of our having to frequently amend the design to achieve our needs and wishesWe are therefore able to recommend this Company without hesitation as we are completely satisfied with the cost, service and quality of the product.Eric & Ann FosterNewcastle

Purchased a new Summerhouse from Leam Lane Sheds and Fencing . The 2 lads came and had it done in a couple of Hrs . They were very friendly and were cracking jokes the whole time they were there . They only stopped working for a quick cuppa and bacon butty...The quality of there work was top class . Highly recommended 10 out of 10 .

Customer service was excellent from start to finish however the quality does not justify the price. Shed floor is spongy to walk on and not very stable - disappointed because I had been recommended to use them.
