We traveled across the county viewing vehicles, after a long day of test drives we found exactly what we were after not far from where we live. Once on site we were greeted by the owner who didn’t hound us but came and brought us the keys saying I’ll be In The office of you need me.After a thorough check we then went on a decent test drive and returned. We had conducted checks on the DVLA MOT checker and a couple of very minor parts were noted. We managed to get the parts noted deducted from the asking price and the seller ordered them for us and they we’re delivered on site a short time later.Once back home we booked the vehicle in for its MOT expecting the advisories and new parts to crop up however they had all been done prior to us purchasing the vehicle and are now spares still in their boxes.The service was second to none, genuine honest and fair which sadly isn’t often found nowadays.Had the vehicle 6 months runs great no issues excellent family car.2008 Honda CRV 2.2cdti

Was given a very reasonable price for my part ex car as it was too small for our needs. Picked up a nice mondeo estate and although there has been a few small problems with it they haven't hesitated to get them sorted out for me. I will definitely be going back to Craig for another car even though they are 50 miles from me.

Quite honestly I'm not sure. It was the son who was there, his dad was away but he seemed very nice. I bought a nice-looking, clean, low-mileage 2007 car after test driving with a guy from a neighbouring garage kindly accompanying me (the son doesn't have his licence yet) but after I paid, I, found out it was a wheel chair conversion rather badly converted back. Nothing about this in the ad and the son didn't mention it until he tried to tax it online and then said he couldn't do it because it was a disabled vehicle (which he must have known before that). It's annoying, cos it took a long time to sort it out in the post office and I just wanted to go home.There was another low mileage car there I was interested in but when he told me it was wheelchair accessible, I immediately told him I wasn't interested (because I know it means a lower chassis and possibly a smaller petrol tank) so he knew I would not have wanted this one if I'd known. I feel an idiot for not spotting it, it was pretty obvious so I admit responsibility but let's face it, that's not the feeling you want when you drive away in a car you're not sure you wanted and have just spent alot of money!

Craig personally delivered the Audi I bought for my sons 18th birthday. Absolutely spot on car, very reasonable price and also peace of mind knowing if there was a problem I'm sure Craig would be on hand. 5 stars and would definitely use yorkshire motors again.

Craig is an absolute gentleman and true to his word , I bought a Nissan from him, and discovered it had a problem However Craig promised me he would get it fixed , and true to his word he did , I now have a great car with 12 month MOT ,couldn't be happier , and through it all there was phone calls and information to let me know what was happening .So if your thinking of buying a car I would recommend Craig

Guy who owns it is fantastic, easy to chat to and all cars come with 12month M.O.T. getting a 2013 zafira of him this week spoke with him on phone a few times very friendly same as in person happy to answer all questions. I will send more people to him.DARYL ✊

We were looking for a car to replace a bag of sh...panners we were sold in York and after being burned we, like many many others in this minefield, were very cautious. After weeks of trawling the internet and test driving cars we came across the car we bought from Yorkshire car company. We arranged to test drive a car and from the outset the guy was extremely fair and genuine and we were immediately at ease with him. We bought the car and went on our way. Two months after buying the car the engine light came on and I immediately thought here we go again. I gave the guy a ring expecting to hear the usual “well it was fine when I sold it to you mate” “you’re out of warranty mate sorry” but was pleasantly surprised to hear the opposite. He booked the car in the garage for us and payed for the car to be fixed, no questions asked! The car is perfect!!! Now with a new born baby and two other girls an upgrade is needed and I will definitely be using this guy again. I would highly recommend!

Hi everyone I bought a peugeot 107 1.0 from here in July 2022 received the vehicle with a full m.o.t. no advisories in 1 year I had a new battery centre and rear exhaust replaced when it went for its m.o.t. it cost me 642.00 including labour and parts the mechanic said nothing this much can go wrong with a car in 1 year stay clear who evers doing the m.o.ts for this car isn't particularly.
