Kids Yoga Leeds

Kids Yoga Leeds are absolutely fantastic, I’ve attended family yoga sessions with my 7 year old boy and 8 year old girl and we all loved it! Zoe is knowledgable, calm, patient, fun and friendly, using stories to engage the children whilst exploring yoga poses as well as relaxation time. I would recommend these classes to anyone!

We recently attended one of Zoe’s family sessions themed around dinosaurs, as you can imagine it went down really well with my 7yo son! The class was perfectly paced and challenging enough to engage the kids and adults, it was a great way to introduce children to yoga and allow them to start to appreciate the benefits it offers. It felt like an amazing start to our Sunday!
