Staff here are always so polite and comfortable to speak to. My original dentist moved on so I was therefore a little apprehensive about my next dental visit…I didn’t need to be; as my new dentist was very approachable, giving me reassuring advice about how to continue taking care of my teeth. I cannot praise Bupa Dental care, and dentist Iwona highly enough. Exceptional care and lovely friendly staff. I came by to see Iwona this morning having lost another crown, this time at the front. Impressions taken and new tooth to be applied to plate I already have. When will this be ready? Friday morning! Well done guys. I will never go anywhere else.

As an NHS client the service I received was ok. Unfortunately the dentist didn't listen and explain thoroughly every procedure. Such a shame you are not able to take on more NHS patients and dentists though .

Awful. Been an NHS patient with them since a child. I am now 31 and pregnant. Rang for a dental appointment and the rude receptionist told me they're private now and I can't get an NHS appointment. Not once was I made aware of this.

I’ve been coming here (seeing Ian Bell) ever since I’ve had teeth. Ian has always been very friendly, professional and put me at ease. I live half an hour away from the practice but have decided to not switch to a local practice as I like being looked after my Ian. The reception staff are also really friendly and welcoming and I would recommend this practice to all.

I visited this practice for the first time and had an exceptional experience. I had scaling done from Dr. Hafsa and the treatment was very well explained. It was a painless, smooth experience. She was very careful and made sure I was feeling comfortable throughout. Thank you!
