I called so many times over a period of half an hour. No one answers. I ask the delivery driver for phone number and he told me he doesn't have it!!??? I don't rate the restaurant/fast food place as I never been there but the customer service. Once they have the pay for your order you forget about talking to anyone! Probably they recognize the telephone number and don't bother answering? But that's only a guess. I will try to visit the place for a more accurate rating.

Ordered a sandwich and they forgot half of the filling and just sent me turkey in a warm sandwich and nothing else, I expect it’s because I asked for vegan cheese because I’m lactose intolerant which probably somehow either confused the workers who don’t know what lactose intolerance(surely they should know working in a restaurant) is OR some weirdo thinking it was funny???

Had the Brie sandwich, and it was delicious. Husband had steak and cheese - have to say, these were the best sandwiches from Subway we have ever had. 10/10!

Service and attitude improved significantly since change of Management. The new staff are friendly and patience for the kids who can't make up their minds for a while. Certainly has lessen the stress when ordering the food.Thanks for your patience! 5 stars for the service. (Hope the previous staff has gone, not just a day off)Keep up the good works. I'll be back more often now.

Large queues and grumpy staff are never a good mix but seeing a staff member wipe his nose (with his gloved hand) and then immediately go back to making a sandwich does not help.To add to that me and my wife were the only ones in wearing masks. While I appreciate that it's a choice for each and every one of us right now, that differs for Subway employees who are required by Subway's policies to wear masks. They guys either didn't know that or just didn't care. Either way we ending up cancelling our order and leaving. If you are ever stuck in a position where you have to choose between this Subway and not eating then I'd stay hungry, it's the wiser option.
