I took my dog here last friday paid £50 for antibiotics my dog had a cough fair enough i gave them £25 and paid the other £25 today im a pensioner the vet said if the cough persisted bring him back and he would give me cough medision i took him back today and the vet left me a very small amount in a bottle if i wanted to see him i would have to pay another consultation fee and charged me £27 for this tiny bit of medicine im discusted if i had to go back to mr murdoc he never charged me again this vet is about money so i have no money for gas or food over the weekend he new i was struggling with money

Vet was good but receptionist was extremely rude. I've never known such rudeness. We had a distressed cat in a box and whilst waiting to pay, she casually carried on a very lengthy telephone call as if we weren't there. She didn't even acknowledge us. I eventually interrupted where she replied I'm on the phone OK." She then carried on her phone call whilst we tried to comfort our pet. We had to interrupt again to prompt her to end her call. We paid

Always very friendly and look after my 2 dogs very well.I have been using this vets for many years & I am happy to recommend them.

With the petrol shortage the lady in parkside veterinary didn't tell me I had to go to New ferry vets...I travelled down from oxton to wallasey village and they were closed...lack of communication from staff they should inform customers were to go.

My mum and nan had to take my cat to be put to sleep yesterday 30/3/16 as he was very ill. The staff and the vet at the surgery were very helpful and helped my mum and nan with a difficult choice of letting go of a very loved family cat. Thank you all and big thanks to Tracey who supported us during the initial phone call.

Excellent Service and looked after my dog exceptionally due to not going in the surgery due to covid regulations.

Cannot recommend this veterinary surgery enough. The care and support during my dog's (Peanut) illness and ultimate passing was first class as well as compassionate and respectful.

Amazing service given. I rang up the surgery about getting a appointment for my dog to get checked out. Although they were extremely busy they fitted me in within the hours. When I entered the surgery the staff were very welcoming and started chatting to me while I waited. When my dog was seen by the vet she was very knowledgeable and pleasant. You could tell that she cared about treating my dog in the best possible way.

I would not take my pets any where else,Parkside is an amazing vets,from the moment you walk through the door at Wallasey Village branch to be greeted by Tracy ,who is just lovely,not just with us but with all of my pets .I can't thank Mr Gemmill enough for doing an amazing laparscopic spay on my dog,she recovered so quickly and had tiny little wounds that are so neat,you would never have known she had had surgery !.Mr Gemmill also saved one of my cats who had become desperately poorly without his care and treatment ,we would of lost Gaston.All of the staff are truly wonderful here and I cant recommend them enough.
