Everyone at Pearsons is extremely helpful, they remember your name and property you are selling, you don't have to keep explaining everything, every time you call. They are very good at keeping you informed about each step. Couldn't have asked for a better estate agent. If/when I sell again it will definitely be with them.

Karen and the whole team at Pearsons, Hythe have been nothing but exceptional throughout our buying and relocation process. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests and went way above and beyond to help us all as a family relocate back to Hampshire. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with getting our son into local school and also helpful with finding a nursery. I would highly recommend Karen and her team as they are professional with a genuine care for their customers.

I brought a house through Pearsons several months ago and they were fantastic to me and my wife. At times when my own home sale was failing they done everything they could to keep us on track. Granted that's in their interest to do so but Karen and Mark went well above and beyond in helping us and making sure we were kept in the loop with what was going on. I would recommend these guys and if I ever move again I will be using them.Thanks guys

The team at Pearson’s are very courteous and professional. They have been dealing with my house letting for 2.5 years and made everything so easy and dealt with any issues that occurred. The sales team then marketed my house in December 18 and had an offer agreed 3 weeks later. They have been a pleasure to do business with them. Highly recommended.
