Bad customer service. Does not want to know once they've taken your money!! Number was even blocked by them after they requested I call back, just had engaged tone, but call from another number and get through. Then the excuses start. Avoid this dealer" at all cost. Del boy would have given you a better deal. Promise you everything until you've left in your new car!!"

Not the easiest place to find or park and looks like the kind of traditional dealers I would normally avoid but when I went in the sales person came over to help straight away. He was friendly and whilst he obviously wanted to sell a vehicle was not at all pushy. I would go back if they had something I was interested in.

First class and can't do enough for you. I have used Stanstead cars 4 times and on each occasion I've been given a very good price for my old cars. A nice small family business, I also use them for servicing and repairs. Over the last 10 years or so I have found they always help whenever they can and ensure great value for money.
