JRB converted our garage into a downstairs lounge. We are delighted with the finished product and the standard of work.Overall we love their build work, carpentry and painting and decorating. I highly recommend them. Especially since there were a couple of really tricky parts to this build, including a set of book cases and a tv and sound bar, all of which had to be sunk into the wall. The guys handled them with no problems and managed to finish them to a really high standard and were even able to deal with a few last minute changes.Lockdown hit right in the middle of our build which delayed completion, but after a few weeks the guys were back in to finish the job. They were really great with social distancing which was a blessing as we were expecting our first child.

James has done a few jobs for me now. All completed to a very high standard by a professional team who clean up nicely once they're done. Excellent builder, I would highly recommend

JRB created a parking space for us and reset a pathway, all in a matter of days leaving everything exactly as we wanted. But above all, their hard work was matched by their politeness and cheerfulness. We would recommend them as they do just what they promise and do it well. Mike Jeremy

JRB Builds built our extension a couple of years ago and we are very happy with it and the work that they did. As a result, we used them again to rebuild a section of our outside wall. James arrived, gave me an estimate and when the time came, arrived and carried out a first class, professional job in a little over a day with no disruption to us at all. The work area was left spotlessly clean and anything moved was replaced. I couldn’t recommend them any higher

JRB Builds have just completed extensive work on our house from fencing the entire garden to levelling the back garden and a host of other jobs. The quality of the work was second-to-none. Nothing was too much of a problem for James and his team. From the beginning, James kept us up to speed on developments, he was on time, on budget and always punctual. James's team removed a macerator from the downstairs toilet, laid a soil pipe to the main sewage and re-connected all of the services and made good everything that was disturbed during the work.This was by no means an easy job. It was carried out in the most professional way and to an extremely high standard.I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who requires the highest standard of work.

James and his team helped us remodel the interior of our property. Throughout the whole project they were great communicators - always available and immediately responsive if there was any aspect of the job that required immediate attention. Polite and enthusiastic in ensuring all aspects of the job were discussed at each stage. The job ended up being bigger than we anticipated and they ended up doing a lot of exterior work as well - patio and driveway included, and working in tandem with UK Power Networks and doing all the growing works for a meeting electricity supply (at very short notice). They literally dropped everything that day to ensure trenches were done to exact specifications and all work (inside and out) was done to a high standard. James liaised with other tradesmen (plumber/electrician etc) and kept our job moving along at a pace we were happy with. I would recommend him to anyone needing building works or exterior grounds works.

I first contacted James on recommendation from Ollie who painted and decorated for us. During winter months and rainy days we would end up with a mud pit next to our home so needed slabs put down.James and his team were responsive, friendly and helpful throughout, consistently applying their knowledge and expertise and discussing with us before any decisions were made. James was helpful knowing what the budget was and even offered to come back and finish off other parts as the day they completed it had rained. We also needed to get some more stones.The work was done in December and having now gone through the cold months the patio still looks great! We look forward to welcoming them back.Beware though, you will be privy to some ‘Landscaping Karaoke’. My dog only reacted to one individual’s lack of talent... think it was Steve... We’ve had JRB in four times for various projects and we have always been impressed with the level of work and quality provided. A brilliant bunch of guys and will use again.
