First time using this centre as they had the tyres I wanted in stock. Turned up early to be told that they had 2 other cars in the same time slot. Thought Ok, it happens and went for a wander.Came back an hour and a half later to find that my car had been moved but the job not started, the mechanics didn't seem to give a $h1t. Took a refund from head office. Lost annual leave because of this, I would not recommend.

Booked here for MOT. On the day the mot fitter was unwell. The team proactively booked me in to Halfords and then called me to explain. Friendly and helpful and a great example of looking after their customer. Thanks guys - and the Halfords team were equally friendly and helpful. Sometimes as a female you can feel a little uneasy in a garage environment Not here. Thankyou

I was 5min late to a 2pm online tyre fitting appointment. And on arrival I was advised I'd have to wait 45 minutes for three staff to come back from lunch. Not the service I was expecting, after a good experience at National Tyres, Bridlington. But that was before Halfords bought National Tyres out. I obtained a refund and will use a local company in future.

Good tyres and reasonable prices. However, the mobile fitting service was a real let down. The fitter turned up without calling me when I specifically requested to be called 30 mins before attending. He then put the locking wheel nut on the windscreen and removed the wheel and rested it against my bodywork (£20,000 car) without any care or consideration for any damage to my paintwork. He disposed of his latex gloves by throwing them on the driveway. Other then the poor fitting service I am happy with the tyres and they are good value for money.

Had a flat tyre, had a look online and next appointment was in 2 days, so decided to call up and speak to someone. They managed to get me in an hour later and sort it out on the day, all while I was at work. Quick friendly service from these guys and seemed like a fair price.

Was previously 1 star. Upped due to new manager. Went for 4 New tyres and alignment. Job was spot on. They were on time for doing the job. Prices were good too. Lee (I think) and the team were great.

I have used this garage for over 7 years and have previously recommended them to friends and family. Since Halfords took over that has all changed. Prices have gone up (£17 increase in the cost of an MOT), service is shocking. They tell you how long a job will take and always take significantly longer. The staff don't appear to know what they are doing. They tell you one thing and when you question it they backtrack or change their stance. I have lost all confidence in them. Will be looking for another garage.

Arrive here after work to get a replacement tyre which had a nail in it only to be told by the guy that he couldn't do it cause he had no availability,well there was no work on cars going on in the garage,as 3 lads where sat outside talking so obviously it must of been the time of day I turn up (which was about 5:20) I thought your garage was open 8:30-1800 I left and got my tyre done somewhere else,rest assured I won't be coming back here again
