Shambolic service. Pay extra for delivery on certain day and took day off work for that just to be told delivery won't happen. Avoid this company at all costs.

Mel, Ethan & Liv at the Catford branch were fantastic! They were all knowledgeable, patient & calm. I would definitely be back. Msg to the Area Manager…take note, you’ve got a good bunch of staff.

Absolutely shocking quality of the product.Also, the gentleman serving us, said they recommend bigger wastage but this should be enough". This is how we ended up two boxes short and having to fork out another £40 for delivery not to mention yet another waste of time and money."

Superb service from Livvan. What a brilliant guy. He helped me for an hour over the phone choosing a carpet and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating arranging a speedy delivery and even recommending a few carpet fitters. Nothing was too much trouble. Best customer service I've received in ages and so knowledgeable and professional. I hope you get a Staff Award Liv as you are such a brilliant salesman and genuinely lovely person. Thank you. Will recommend your branch to everyone I know.

Went in for a browse today and had exceptional customer service from Livv. He was super helpful and patient with all my questions and offered some great tips I hadn't considered before - absolute superstar! The store itself was bright and neatly laid out with lots of samples and info for me to really examine and feel comfortable with the flooring options. Thank you! :)

A truly diabolical store and service, if it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Two months have passed since our order, numerous delays and rearranged deliveries, ultimately it's just out of stock and will never come back. Horrendous business, despite some friendly staff who tried their best to help.

Went to the store in Lakeside and ordered some vynl, paid in full including a delivery charge. Was advised it will take 7 days and is kerbside delivery only. I offered to pay more to get an earlier delivery but no luck.Waited 7 days and was contacted in the afternoon on the 7th day by their customer support that the delivery was delayed. I could not wait any longer as had tenants moving in the next morning.Went back to the store to arrange a cancellation and refund, they were powerless to do either.Was contacted by the customer support team who said they will only refund 50% of what I paid because I am the one doing the cancellation. I insisted that I was not the one who messed up but they were not prepared to listen.A warning to all and I admit I was a fool to try this company.
