Incredible Customer Service. This is a company you can put your trust in.I often say the marker of customer service is what a company will do when something goes wrong. Well to be clear they did absolutely nothing wrong. When I placed the order the 5 week lead time would have just about meant it was her for my son's birthday but it would have been tight anyway. Unfortunately because of supply issues, (which are everywhere at the minute) it looked like it would be more like 7 weeks. Laura took the time to suggest an alternative to me that she thought might be deliverable in time, and when that didn't really work for me did it not once, but twice, both of which I'm sure where more expensive but offered at the same cost to me. Laura got these shipped out quickly once agreed and they arrived the Friday before his birthday :DFor me this also shows Laura has a great understanding of the young autistic customer base she's dealing in.Would definitely use again. Would definitely recommend.Thank you Laura!!!

We got the eco orthopaedic play mats. They were delivered fast and are amazing quality. My children love them. Communication was amazing via social media channels and really helpful when asking questions. Will definitely be shopping with Bambino Planet again.

Order placed 24.04 and still not delivered. No communication form the company, and I had to chase it all myself.Very disappointed with the provided service and would not recommend using them if you value your time and expect prompt delivery.
