Great service and reasonable price from a local business, responded within an hour on a dark evening, very efficient and tidy work as well as providing good advice.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Richard & his team have gone above & beyond to provide a 1st Class service. After dealing with nothing more than ‘cowboys’ on my extension, I had to find another company to rectify the mistake’s they had made. I found Johnson’s drainage services & I’m so happy I did. Richard came to investigate what was causing the problems. He soon found out & showed me the problems on his camera equipment. He supplied me with the photos I needed to go back to my ‘cowboy’ builder, confident enough to insist he payed for the repairs. I had to get 3 quotes & Richards was very competitive. This took almost a year but I had no pressure at all from Richard & when I was in a position to proceed Richard fitted me in quickly & did a 1st class job. They paid every attention to detail & left the area clean & tidy. If I was to have any further issues I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Richard again. You can definitely put your trust in this company. Richard and his team carried out the job to a high standard in a friendly, professional and expert manner. I was very impressed by the quality of the work as well as the care taken to minimise disruption of access to my property. They also did a great job of tidying up after finishing the work. Very much a can do business! Richard was helpful and efficient. Mike came promptly and removed a massive core of roots about 4 meters long that was completely blocking an underground drainage pipe. Good communication and cleared all the debris away. Would certainly recommend Johnson’s Drainage.

We had a blocked kitchen sink which wouldn’t shift and Johnson’s got us in as quickly as they could and it was sorted within an hour. They worked cleanly and thoroughly and checked everything before they left. Would 100% use them again if needed!

Their engineer came at very short notice and was armed with every gadget imaginable to solve our blocked drains problem in next to no time as well as clearing up the mess created. What a truly fantastic service Johnson’s Drainage provide and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Recently used Johnsons Drainage Services,Excellent professional service and we would highly recommend!In the  process of purchasing a property a survey carried out of the drains revealed root intrusion in the pipe joints. The quote following this first survey from another drainage company to rectify the problem seemed over priced, so contacted Johnsons Drainage Services for a second opinion.They carried out their own survey and Richard Johnsons conclusion was that the repairs could be carried out for less than half the cost!....so we asked them to carry out the work. Mike and his colleague were very proficient; and all sorted in a day - on completion was shown a camera view of the drains..... Very pleased!!!!Again we would highly recommend
