Come here rather than the BP as they do nectar points. Lots of pumps and staff seem OK. An over priced Greggs also in store and a coffee machine. Not sure if there's a toilet. Have not used the app for payment as read lots of bad reviews for it. Free cash machine outside too

Large forecourt, prices are competitive. The site also has a free ATM, small Spar shop, Starbucks machine and a Greg's bakery on site.Fuel+coffee+bacon bap... Great

The reason there id a problem with parking is because the bloke who owns the franchise Abdul Kalam Shalim, also owns AKS Autos, along with other businesses and properties in this ward and uses this forecourt as a car park for his vehicles, as with the rest of Challney!

I came here last night to purchase a few snack items. The cashier thought he would help himself to a drink and add it to my bill. I realised something wasnt right and asked for the receipt. I sat in the car and checked. Went back in to question what this drink was that I never purchased. Cashier said he was happy to refund everything. Thats not the problem here. Again I queried and he said he saved me money by giving me a meal deal. This didnt make sense. So he he scanned all my items again showing me a higher total. I double checked this again only to be lied to as he added another item. This obtaining goods by deception. To avoid the hassle as it was almost 3am and I had to hit the motorway I told the cashier I'm taking a drink as i had already paid for something i didn't buy. I have called and left my number so am expecting a call. This is a very serious matter.

Really poor customer service to absent customer service.Rude and disrespectful guy with a good looking hair.The company should send him to a training of how you should talk with the customers.Pay attention everytime when you pay or when you ask for the VAT receipt.Will never again buy petrol from this station.

Terrible customer service. Rude, Fat, ugly bloke on the till, always trying to sell you out of date chocolates. Misrepresentation online by claiming that they have LPG. They don’t.Complete disregard for health and safety of customers. Forecourt never has any customer gloves, exposing them to carcinogenic risk.Avoid this petrol station.

Me and my partner always come here for a starbucks machine coffee. On this occasion, i was entitled to a free tumbler (coffee cup) as i use my starbucks loyalty account. However the employee who managed my transaction told me i had to pay £5.99. I made him aware it said on his till quite clearly i receive one for FREE! He also refused to give me a receipt!I can see these employees are obviously ripping customers off!One word for these people... Scum!
