Booked my appointment on facebook and it didn't get written in the appointment book so they weren't expecting me, was asked to wait and hope the next client was a no-show (which they were). Apart from this, the lady who did my nails was very friendly, they looked good, and the price was very reasonable.

You have totally wasted my time this morning saying that the shop wasn't busy and when I arrived 10 minute's later there were 4 people waiting to be dealt with. You've just lost a regular customer by being so disingenuous. Not great customer service at all.

Unnecessary prolonged appointment as they don’t have enough staff so would alternate customers every 5 minutes. Didn’t get what I asked for and we’re heavily overpriced. Not to mention how rude the staff are.

I went to nailtastics with my friend and was very disappointed at the result of our nails. I wasn’t happy with the look of them so I asked the lady if I could change them for more money. The woman then began getting annoyed with me and after changing it my nails are bumpy, not what I wanted or not the right colour. My friend however didn’t get the result she wanted at the French tips were extremely long
