Pramland

Poor customer service. Myself and my partner attended the store with the intention of purchasing a pram collection.As we entered the store we were completely ignored with the staff congregating at the back of the store.No effort was made on the employees behalf to engage with us or help us. Relying on us to pull down heavy prams from shelves and learning how to use them without assistance.We decided to leave and ended up purchasing the same set we viewed, later at Mamas and Papas.Wouldn’t recommend!Edit: (response) Hi, the issue was that other customers entered the shop after us and were greeted warmly. When we approached staff to ask questions we were made to feel as if this was inconveniencing them. Clearly staff pick and choose when/ who they’d like to be friendly to. I suspect it was that we were dressed in dirty clothes, from helping friends move house prior. I didn’t expect excuses but that the issue would be addressed. Hopefully yourself and your team can reflect and resolve this for future customers.

Went in today and spoke to Sophie. Although we initially purchased our travel system about 3 years ago, she was more than happy to make sure it was all up to scratch for our newest edition coming in the new year. We also wanted to look at buggy board options for our two year old, which again sophie was very attentive, making sure we knew what was best for us and included our daughter in the process. Couldn’t recommend the team more! So friendly and helpful

Recently bought our full travel system and nursery furniture, staff were very helpful and put my mind at ease with the delay in OYster 3 delivery! Payments over the phone easy! Picked up on Saturday and love our new pram!

Really pleased with the furniture bundle bought, though was told the pram would be built/put together for us before collection but it wasn't, though no major problem just had been told otherwise. Pleased overall with the products and service.

We cannot thank John enough - we entered the store with an idea in mind but he helped us to choose a much better quality for money travel system that included everything we needed. Excellent service from start to finish. Very helpful advice and guidance. Nothing was ever too much, and the staff don’t pressure you into making hasty decision's. They helped us find the perfect pram and nursery furniture that fit our tight budget! Thank you to all the team!

The staff are lovely and are willing to help out with anything you need to know about the products, this definitely made the buying process really enjoyable. Pramland have so many beautiful products to choose from!

Amazing service from as soon as we went in the store to have a look around. The staff was all amazing and so friendly. They have a lot of knowledge about the products and now we have picked up our amazing bundle from them which they helped us with, they have fitted my iso fix and car seat for me which is a huge help. They’ve demonstrated a couple of times how to use my travel system pram and the car seat with the isofix. I would definitely recommend pramland to others.

Fabulous store and the most lovely staff; I purchased my first travel system from here many moons ago when my first daughter was born and recently returned to look for a smaller stroller for my second.They still have an amazing selection, amazing service and had the opportunity to sit my daughter in the strollers to find one she looked comfortable in (decided on a Cosatto Whoosh Trail). Don't buy online, come see these guys ❤️
