Very unfortunate experience involving a Seat Ateca. Paid £100 deposit to secure the car subject to inspection. Interactions were positive initially. However, upon receiving a video following the valet, the car was still covered in marks and the engine was making an unusual sound. I asked for an explanation around these concerns including a request for detailed photographs. Never received either of the above and also never received the service history originally requested. After asking for my deposit back, I cannot get hold of Nigel, who I was dealing with. No reply to emails and WhatsApps ignored, which is unfortunate as I offered the chance to resolve before resorting to a negative review.

Stay clear of this dealer. I was sold a Q3 and it the worse car I ever bought. It was 4 years old and only had 1 service. they claim it had another at their garage which I'm still waiting for the evidence. It was riddled with problems. They took it back twice to fix and each time it came back exactly the same. They refused to take my calls and had to communicate via emails. In the end I had to take it to an Audi main dealer to get the Issue rectified. They did contribute a small amount to the bill but the only very small positive I could give but I was severely out of pocket . Go to a main dealer or large car supermarket it worth paying the extra for security and protection.

This company l g automotive is 100% corrupt do not buy from these and employ people on Benefit all in hand anything go wrong with your vehicle your on your own ask you to have it illegally repaired reported to d v s a they will be getting there collor felt for sure court processings started 10th June 2023 watch this space

Avoid. Car advertised with full service history and 5 year warranty but after weeks of excuses find out it had neither also has a slow flat and intermittent seat belt fault. Notice previous reviews have also had this gross miselling.

Completed a purchase in December 2023. Very good customer service and overall a pleasant experience. Defo recommended!

With covid ongoing and not able to travel we looked at auto trader and found a zafira sri nav at LGs,looked lovely and was given a good part ex price for my old car..we arranged a driver to drop said ppl carrier off..it arrived,but not in very good fettle..spoke to neil and driver took it back,got offered another with in a hour,had a video showing the said ppl carrier,looked very nice with very low mileage and good price..car was dropped off,and please to say was like brand new..very happy and drives well..thank you neil for your service n out of hr after care..

Excellent value especially for the age and mileage of the car. Even rearranged for the pick up at late notice with no hassle at all. Overall a very good product dealt with and handled professionally, extremely happy with the car!
