Our service from Persimmon Homes on the whole has been absolutely abysmal. While the staff in the office were all chatty and friendly, each was as much use as a chocolate teapot with regards to chasing through our purchase through to exchange and completion, causing even more stress than usual. Once we moved in, the site manager Jon was fantastic in sorting some original snags out and offering us some massive and helpful favours. However he went on paternity leave and Lisa took over. Lisa was constantly rude, obnoxious, ignorant and patronising. She lacked any ability to get our many of our snagging jobs done, of which we are still waiting some 4 months later. She is obsessed about hounding people for a positive survey/review, but clearly doesn’t understand what needs to be done to deserve anything of the sort. Lisa even insisted our turf would not be laid unless we wrote a good review about our service first! Our house has paint all over the carpet, light switches and electrical sockets. There was a chip on the worktop as well, all of which Lisa blamed us for and failed to take responsibility for it. The tradesmen often don’t turn up on time, if at all, to complete jobs and they leave litter all over the road in which they park every day. It seems the staff throughout the site at Persimmon Homes have no idea about how to deliver anything but an extremely poor service.

Dont buy house from Perssimon. Unprofesional bunch of donkeys. Houses build in horrific quality
