Always amazing service from the lady that takes the orders, she’s polite and professional. The food is always on time and we regularly order because the food and service is so good. I’ve been impressed by the cleanliness and the covid protocols they have put in place.

I’m honestly disgusted I had the woman (not the usual woman) laugh at me down the phone when I was trying to give over my address to her she thenProceeded to get a customer on the phone to me who then started shouting and swearing down the phone and they allowed this. Exstremely unprofessional and pure nasty. Absolutely disgusting how you treat your customers!!!!!

Extremely horrible place woman at front desk is not the greatest person to be welcomed by as she doesnt even have a smile on her face her attitude is as bad as her constant non friendly face. People who work in the there are not any better. Food is as bad as the people running the place and the workers in the shop. horrid place extremely dirty and no sense of hygiene what so ever. This is not the place to eat out from unless you dont mind wasting your money on tasteless dry cold food and disgusting customer service provided by the lady at the desk and workers in the shop. I would advice people 2 stay clear. The place is a complete shambles.

Used to be really the best in strood now it's rubbish worst I've had in a long time ordered Singapore chow mein and basically got a spicy chicken chow mein few bits of pork in it and two shrimps not impressed the chickens that frozen rubbish u get from Iceland then there's the Kung po prawns prawns tough and taste reheated and only six in it total waste of money will be keeping a prawn and sauce incase it makes me I'll utter rubbish avoid

The staff are so rude lady on desk was more interested in giving her discount to total stranger, this was a nice Chinese but since the new person has took over on the desk the service is terrible she needs to learn customer service skills and as for the food Do Not Bother

Always enjoy my food from here - have tried many of the dishes and they've all been delicious. Great portions too (always plenty left for lunch the following day!)

Best Chinese in Strood area. Takes cash and cards. Lovely girls on phone.Lovely lady delivers. Also lovely girls deliver. I don't always give a tip. Older lady doesn't mind, girls often disappointed but always nice. No demands like cash only. And some demanding tip and then Saying: You're mad. Others lovely and will accept little gifts if I don't have cash handy. New Jade Easrt has lovely food as well. Thank you lots And may God bless China and all the Staff at Jade East xxxcveritas

Ordered take away on Sunday Hubby had beef curry and rice I had special chow mien spring rolls and we shared crispy curry samosas. Absolutely delicious. The spring rolls are to die for yummy I had two dogs with great big slobber ladders round me positively drooling Delivery very quick. Definitely order again
