I have just had an oil tank replaced by Anglia Heating and I would just like to convey my thanks for the excellent work which was carried out. We were impressed with our initial visit and quotation, which I hasten to add was very competitive and the quality of work carried out is second to none.The installers were a pleasure to have at your home and carried out the work with the minimum of fuss. I would have no hesitation using this company again.

Lewis came out today to do our yearly boiler maintenance, he was polite, on time and very efficient.He also (without asking) put on a mask, and sterilised his hands and areas he had worked on - not a big deal to some but after countless delivery drivers etc not doing this was refreshing to see how ingrained it clearly is for their staff. Despite living 60 miles from where they're based, I invited AHS to quote to replace my oil tank, largely on the strength of the referral on the Goff Oil website. I expected them to be much more expensive than the two local OFTEC registered plumbers I'd also asked to quote.From the very start of the process, AHS were excellent. They...1) kept the survey appointment (the competition both missed appointments and had to re-book)2) provided a detailed quote whilst on site for the survey (the one other quote I eventually got took nearly two weeks, and was very thin on detail)3) were 50% cheaper than the competition (the local guy who didn't quote gave me a verbal estimate that was similar to the local guy who did quote)4) sent a surveyor who actually then did the install, so he was very knowledgeable and experienced and gave me loads of helpful advice about doing the groundworks (we had a lot to do and I opted to do them myself, which they were fine with)5) turned up on time to do the install6) were well equipped and had all the necessary fittings and accessories7) worked quickly and carefully, minimising mess and disruption8) removed the old tank, which was no mean feat given the position it was in and the open groundworks that they had to work around8) took all the rubbish, including the old tank, away when they left9) were polite and courteous throughout.The staff in the office have been equally pleasant to deal with.I would recommend AHS without hesitation.

We had a replacement oil tank fitted on the 3rd November and they did an amazing job. The quote was Monday. Tuesday we an email and due to a cancellation we were all done and dusted the next day. Great team work led by Jamie. We can't thank you enough!

I really cannot praise this company highly enough. Efficient service from the office and the guys who came to do the job were outstanding. Positive attitude, super helpful and friendly, a real credit to the company. Thanks deserved all round.

A very poor service. The driver booked to deliver heating oil did not ring as agreed prior to his visit and because he saw a parked vehicle on the road, took it into his head to drive off again. No consultation. Office staff refused to take any responsibility. 'I can't answer for the driver, sir.' Are they all part of one organisation or not?

I don't leave reviews very often but we've used Anglian Heating Solutions a number of times - most recently when our oil tank began weeping oil out the bottom. They've always been incredibly reassuring and professional and seem to genuinely want to do their best by the customer. It's a company that comes across as passionate, skilled and knowledgeable with a team who genuinely seem to take a great deal of pride in the quality of their work.

Thank you for the first class service provided today. My 97 year old mother's heating had stopped working and your engineeer arrived so promptly and soon had the heating up and running again. I was most impressed allowing for the facts that, it is New Year's Eve and the potential distance the engineer might have had.Thank you once again to the people concerned, a credit to the company.

Really dissatisfied with the recent appalling service from this company. Having used them for years to service my boiler without any problems, I asked them to quote for a replacement oil boiler including a new oil tank and cylinder. 2 staff members came out on 5th May and were here for over an hour to look at what needed doing and took lots of details. 10 plus weeks later, and after chasing them in numerous occasions for the quote, I have just been informed they can’t provide a quote or do the job, as their plumber is off ill! That’s after previously telling me someone would call me back (they didn’t) or the quote was being typed up! What a waste of time. If you don’t want the job or can’t cope with it, be upfront from the start.

What great service. Chris and Sam installed my replacement oil tank so efficiently. The office staff were friendly and Dean gave a very thorougher site survey. Thank you one and all.
