Surrey Docks Farm

We’ve been coming to this farm for the last 2 years and absolutely love it. It’s a nice little city farm situated by the Thames with a wide variety of animals.They’ve also got a shop inside where you can purchase jam, fresh eggs, herbs, meat as well as animal plushies for kids.They’ve also got a lovely little cafe out front where you can grab some delicious food - our favourite would have to be the lamingtons (Aussie fav).

Great place to be outside with a toddler and see animals or plants

A lovely small operational farm at the heart of the city. Saw a lot of kids enjoying themselves with the animals. Educational and entertaining at the same time. Buggy/wheelchair-friendly. Also check out the farm shop for products not commonly found elsewhere, for example gooseberry jam.

It was a very warm atmosphere which reminded me of life in the village. Lovely baby sheep, goats, and more.

My young son absolutely loves this little farm! Better yet- It is free to visit! When you arrive, on the right there is a small maze garden full of various fresh herbs and flowers-it smells amazing. There is also a lovely Cafe selling hot drinks and cakes (a couple vegan options available) with outdoor benches and it overlooks the Thames which is a lovely setting on a sunny day- still particularly lovely on a cloudy one too! There are accessible toilets and a baby changing area. The animals seem well looked after and the farm even take on young volunteers to help look after the animals! Will definitely be visiting again.

Surrey Docks Farm is such a good place to take a break from the busy city. It is run by local volunteers and passionate people. Everything is cute about this place. You can also buy fresh products from the farm: honey, vegetables, eggs…etc make sure to order on the website first.

What a lovely place this is ! People were kind and i had a dog with me, we both had so much fun. Shout out to the cafe with delicious cakes and coffee !

A very well looked after farm. Volunteers take pride in their job and it shows.Best Place for the whole family day out. Kids love animals and they get to learn a lot while petting them.
