I am a regular customer in this shop and never had any issues UNTIL TODAY … so I did my shopping and gone to meat section. I was wanted to get some meat and because I have small children I did ask the lady who works there WHEN THIS MEAT WAS DELIVERED ( I do not see anything wrong with that because there no have any dates on the display and it’s my right as a customer) to my question the “blonde lady “ that works there replied very rudely to me : WHATS THE DIFFERENCE FOR YOU WHEN IT WAS Delivered? I was shocked to this answer and just put my shopping basket down and left the shop . It was really very upsetting and I won’t coming back there again !

Great helpful staff in both English and polish and a large selection of items and choice just a little tight on space but repeat journeys once a week for fresh veg and deli selection with freezer section and dry goods and separate fridge section, deli and raw meats serviced counters and soft and alcoholic drinks imported and requests taken. Wish all shops were this well managed.
