She was friendly, professional, called back or emailed when she said she would and was brilliant at rounding everyone up. Phoebe was also fantastic whilst Kirsty was on leave and I felt had our back and fought our corner when needed. Thank you both very much for everything you did. I would happily recommend them both and appreciate their hard work on ensuring our sale didn’t fall through.

I invited Stags to advise me as to the value of my property and how best to sell it. It’s a quirky old place, lovely but not the easiest house to market. From the moment I Charles came and valued the place until completion day, Stags were incredibly professional and helpful. Although I had contact with every member of the team, David De Bloeme was the person who was my main point of contact. His advice was invaluable. He was attentive and always kept me in the picture throughout the marketing process. Emma carried out many of the viewings. She’s quick to take in information and did an excellent job of passing this on to clients. Unfortunately for me, our sales fell through on several occasions, we lost buyers because they had lost their buyers. On each occasion when a problem arose, David informed me personally and promptly and came up with a plan as to how to achieve a sale in difficult circumstances. Every suggestion he came up with came to fruition. And finally, we got our sale and the sales contract was completed. I can’t recommend Stags highly enough. I chose them because they have always dealt with sales of my family’s property, it was a firm I trusted. And my experience on this occasion has shown me that that trust was not misplaced. We had an unusual property that could fall into a couple of different categories which made marketing a bit tricky. This did not phase the Team at Stags who were very professional, friendly, helpful and ultimately successful in selling our property. We also looked at properties they were selling with a view to purchasing one and again the way they conducted the viewings was relaxed and very professional, just a shame we found the house we wanted marketed by a different agent and that experience was nowhere near as comfortable. My wife and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Team at Stags Taunton whatever the size and type of property you are looking to sell, they will have sold something similar for sure.

It’s been a difficult year for selling and buying a house .We’ve had some ups and downs which was very frustrating .However thanks to Stags , they have supported, encouraged and remained positive throughout the process , which lifted us a lot which helped when we became despondent.They corresponded with us and all relevant parties regularly.After selling our house and buying our new house we can’t thank the staff enough especially Phoebe who was outstanding in the role she played , we were able to ring and feel at ease after speaking to her and she was with us all the way through .My husband and I would really recommend Stags in Taunton to anyone going through this process.
