The Enneagram with Mickey and Emma, the gift that keeps giving!It continually amazes me how this course keeps opening my eyes without fail. This semester has really given so much more knowledge on how my personality, traps and manipulation tactics work so I can work on these in such a gentle and loving manner.I really love the exercises Mickey and Emma give us to really experience these on such a deeper level as well as just the knowledge which is shared with so much clarity for one to take in. During a healing retreat Mickey & Emma hosted, we briefly explored my Enneagram type, and how my vices and virtues were affecting my life, how I responded to things, my behaviours etc. this peaked an interest in me wanting to know more but not knowing really what or how. I was also trying to get my personal development journey off the ground but again not knowing really what I needed to do or how until I saw Mickey & Emma’s posts about their brand new Transformation Through Enneagram course it felt like a no brainer.As we have progressed through Semester 1 I’ve had numerous ‘ahahhhh’ moments. I’ve enjoyed learning about the 9 Enneagram types, ‘typing’ myself along with my ‘wings’ which has enabled me to learn about myself in great depth both in the present moment but also learning what I need to do in order to grow and develop into a healthier version of myself, and also what to avoid doing.The weekly live sessions are very informative but structured in a way that keeps it simple, clear and interactive throughout. The meditations are so relaxing, setting you both up for the session and then ending it nicely. I usually find meditating quite hard but this doesn’t seem to be the case with the group meditation Mickey puts together for the sessions.If like me you are feeling a little bit lost on what you want to do to understand yourself more but also improve life for yourself and those closest to you then I’d recommend taking a chance and giving this transformation course a go you’ve nothing to lose and everything to gain
