Couldn't find a company who offered a price I could afford and adequate experience and insurances to crane our hottub over the house to our garden. Contacted Alitida even though they were in Chesterfield and we're in the North East and they couldn't have been more obliging. Perfect balance of professional communication by email and informal answers to my many questions via WhatsApp. Worked with me to align date and time with the hottub company. Driver rang on the day to confirm times and keep everything running smoothly. Was amazed by the quality of the crane - absolutely top of the range, brand new machine with enormous lifting range but small enough base not to block the small road outside the house. Driver was very friendly, skilled and professional. I knew nothing about hiring a crane and was very wary before this... I hit on very lucky finding Altitida.

Altida have been excellent from day one when we asked them to take on a crane operation to install a Steel frame for the construction of 18 apartments . We never once had any issues from the management down to the crane operatives .The job lasted approximately 6 weeks and they turned up everyday without fail . The whole experience has been great and I will always use Altida on future projects which require crane operations .Whenever we had a requirement , they were obliging to help us . They truly went that extra mile , and for that we thank you sincerely.Keep up the great work , and I hope anyone reading this review will give Altida a call for any crane work.The price they charged us for the work was almost half of what other companies had quoted . They used a modern crane for our works and had all the correct paperwork , so the lifts were fully compliant and within the law .Good luck for the future and wishing everyone at Altida a great success.

Recently used Altida to move our swimspa. I had previously contacted a couple of other companies who didn't want to know but as soon as we spoke to Lee he wasn't fazed by the job and booked us in quickly . They were very efficient, meticulous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company!

Altida successfully lifted my outdoor sauna into place today. Not a straight forward lift due to the delicate nature of the sauna (has a glass front) and one or two other complications on site. A very professional team turned out to complete the job, and I was very happy with the result. I would highly recommend them to others. Thanks fellas.
