Got my septum pierced here. I was really nervous beforehand, but the piercer was so warm and friendly that it completely relaxed me! The studio was so clean and I felt more at ease. I felt a bit faint afterwards and he dealt with it so professionally and discretely. I ended up fine but he didn’t rush me out despite having others waiting for a piercing and gave me some sugary water to drink. Honestly such a positive experience, 10/10!! Thank you so much!!

Fantastic studio, would highly recommend. This was my 2nd tattoo here and the artist has been brilliant both times. She added a lot of great details from the initial idea I sent which have made it better than the original proposal! The manager of the shop is great also. Very friendly and welcoming. Quick to reply on communications for bookings as well

Gioia (the tattoo artist) is one of the loveliest artists i’ve been to - we always have some good conversations and she always makes me feel comfortable, and the general environment is very friendly and wholesome - I’ve also had a couple of piercings done here since I was 14 years old, and every single time the experience has been extremely good, especially given the fact that i’m horrible with piercings and the process of getting them done. I’ve always been the type to panic before getting piercings done, however my mind has always been put at ease and the process has been quick and easy and as painless as possible! 10/10 would recommend to anyone :)

got my first piercing here and I am so so happy. the atmosphere was calm and so relaxed, the guy who pierced my bridge was amazing, he took his time to properly measure out and find the position where it looked perfect in, and it came out beautifully. If I'm ever to get more piercings, it will only be at this place and I'd recommend it to anyone

Long story short, he doesn't have any professional knowledge or skills for nose piercing. Very painful experience just to change the piercing. He didn't charge extra to change the stained piercing. Never gonna go back again.Stars are for him being kind, calming and feeling responsible about the situation.I went in to change the nose piercing, stud to ring.paid 13 pounds including piercing + service.I asked him if it's silver, he said it is silver plated - which apparently meant it is just silver color, not even silver coated. He didn't know the exact material.Next day I could see the blue stain around the piercing,and contacted him - he replied fast and said I should come in.He said the stain is because of my sweat - there is some special type of sweat that makes the piercing damaged!I asked him to change it into a simple bar with a round tip. I told him that it looks quite short, he said not to worry.He took out my ring, tried to push this bar in and he couldn't find the hole to come out. It was SO painful cause he wasn't skillful finding it, he just pushed it several times with his full power so this piercing bar was in between my skin and making it swollen. It eventually came out, my swollen nose was squished between the two tips. It is a basic knowledge that you DON'T put piercing too tight with skin in between. I told him that this is uncomfortable and please change it into whatever that doesn't pinch my skin,. Ended up having this L shape piercing, that the tip is visible from the front which I mentioned that I'm not happy. He said I can turn it not to be seen - By this point I just wanted to get out of there and it is still so tight and i cannot because it's still so painful.It took me 25 minutes.I have a belly button piercing, several tattoos in a sensitive area, I can take the pain but this time i cried like a baby.He gave me the piercing that we tried first, he didn't charge me extra for change. I actually think I should have got a refund for the ring, cause I used it for 2 days with constant inflammation and blue stain on it.I hardly ever leave a negative comment on any place, cause I worry if it's gonna affect their business badly. But at the same time this reviews are the only thing that I get information about this place, so I thought it's really necessary this time.I overheard him explaining about closed up belly button piercing, he said it's totally fine if you just go for the hole that was originally there, the poor girl was rejected from other 'proper' piercing shop because it wasn't healed, but he said it's no problem to do it. He should know that the tissues won't be the same, it's not possible to do 'hole to hole' for closed up piercing. I really doubt if he educated himself medically at all.

I came and got a belly button piercing from KD, and he was extremely sweet and patient with me as I had a lot of questions. I waited 7 months for it to heal. KD pierced it on a new fresh area, not the scar tissue which had formed due to my previous piercing being too small. He used a tool to make sure my piercing was straight and was able to repierce my belly button nicely. Thank you KD!

Edit: 1* star. Initially it was fine and I got a gold earring stud. I've had piercings before elsewhere and they have all healed well. However, the quality of the earring here is of very poor quality. It broke whilst it was still healing and reacted really badly to my skin. My ear became swollen... I put another gold earring I had and it has healed well. Good quality gold earrings do no snap like that (included in the pic)! PLEASE LOOK INTO THE QUALITY OF YOUR JEWELLERY. I will not be coming back here again!
