Animal Concern are a nice rehoming charity. I went to them to adopt a kitten. I asked to adopt one, but they rehomed her, with her sister as they thought it best to keep them together. I have to admit they got it right. I got their brother instead, he's a bit of a hissy kitten but really coming on leaps and bounds. He's now stopped shaking, starting to relax and settle in. Given time he's going to be a lovely addition to the feline family of ours. He's got a lovely strong purr already and could play football for England the way he knocks them around.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Lovely place for the animals, lots of outside space to run around. Beautiful setting. The staff really made the visit .

Found them to place the physical and emotional well-being of the animals first. They carry out thorough vetting of potential owners to ensure the animals get a good home.

We adopted a lovely dog, she's a joy. Jody and her team were extremely helpful and I would recommend anyone to do the same as we did.Nala and the humans from The Anville thank you all for your help, not only are they good with animals but us people felt we were valued as well.

After seeing a request to donate any unwanted harnesses, we took along all our dearly beloved dogs belongings & food, which he sadly won't need now over the rainbow bridge.I'm certain that Balzac would approve as Animal concern were very grateful for his donation.RIP Balzac, you're loved & missed, terribly every single day. We adopted a springer from animal concern last year. She was our third dog and completes our pack. She is beautiful. Animal concern arranged the greeting between my dogs and the springer and monitored them carefully to make sure that they got on well. My little boy came along to meet her as well and we all fell in love. It was a matter of a few days before we were able to take her home. In the last year she has been a hand full and we have had our issues with toileting and food obsession but the centre manager has worked with us and has reaolved the issues. She came to our house and showed us things to do with the dog to help with her food obsession. She is 100 per cent better around food. I couldnt recommend animal concern highly enough. Once a dog is adoapted there is always the offer and ability to go back to them if something isnt working. They couldnt help enough. They dont just wave the dog away and forget about them. They also call after a few days to make sure they have settled in well and there are no concerns.
