Wont ever use them. You have to agree to TnC which state “Any damage to the vehicle that occured while vehicle is repaired is not our responsibility”. Sorry guys i want my car fixed not damaged even more without any way of arguing my point to get it fixed by you, or by making a different claim to my insurance which will drive my price even higher.

Had a replacement windscreen today, yes it takes time so be prepared. There is space for people to work at desks, if required, with free coffee. However, I took my bike and rode to Windsor, only 30 mins! When I got back some 3 and a half hours later the job was almost ready.Staff were very helpful and made for a great experience, thanks especially to Dean who fitted the windscreen and explained everything upon completion. Happy customer!

Very good service. Waiting area is decent with places to work and relax, and decent coffee/hot chocolate machine. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that my appointment was cancelled a few minutes before arriving due to staff shortage (someone didn’t turn up to work), which meant that I had to negotiate rescheduling for next day.

Not so professional at all!I had a crack on a Mercedes A Class and it was my first time using them with so many regrets.The very first appointment I waited 6 hours only to hear them saying the job is not done wait for a follow up appointment which took them around a month to book and it took them around 3 hours to say we can’t fix it again, we have to book you with Mercedes themselves. Since then it’s been almost 3 months with no updates whatsoever. I have called them over a dozen times to get updates and they keep saying I’ll get them to call you back. It’s the 4th month.Since the repair everything is coming OFF and rattling, while I’m driving the mirror gets blurry due to the shakes!

Appointment booked for 10am with a 4 hour slot, took twice as long, would advice to leave your car there and carry on with your day. Good communication and easy to book. The speed from glass delivery is few weeks and fitting is a full day

I had my windscreen replaced at your facility, located at Slough. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be far from satisfactory. Firstly, I was required to wait for an unacceptable period of six hours at your center, which not only inconvenienced me greatly but also added unnecessary stress to the situation because I missed working hours.Furthermore, I was informed by the technician who carried out the replacement that he had to redo the job due to fitting the wrong glass initially. This level of negligence and lack of attention to detail is entirely unacceptable. A mistake of this magnitude not only wasted my time but also raises serious concerns about the competence and quality of work provided by your company.The most pressing issue, however, is the current state of my vehicle's windscreen. Since the replacement, I have been experiencing severe vibrations while driving, which I consider to be a serious safety hazard. I immediately contacted your complaints team in the hopes of resolving this issue promptly and ensuring the safety of my vehicle and myself. Regrettably, I have been met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude from your team. Instead of addressing my concerns and taking immediate action, I have been told to wait for a call back, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported.I cannot emphasize enough the urgency of this matter. The safety of my vehicle and my own well-being are at stake. I strongly believe that a vibrating windscreen compromises the structural integrity of the vehicle and poses a significant risk to both myself and other road users.

Took my Enterprise hire van at VERY VERY short notice for a windscreen replacement.Told to expect an all day wait,but they got me back on the road after a couple of short hours.Huge thank you to front of house and the fitters for kindly fitting me in.Really appreciated.Also too notch waiting room .

This unit is huge, easy to find. Next to afee plumbing shops.The staff installing the windscreen did a great job. Communication could have been alot better when arranging to have the screen fitted. I was never given a time to arrive. I had to keep calling until I got through and arrange a time.

Not a great experience. Booked appointment online (no appointments available for a week and a half). Received email confirmation. A couple of days before the appointment, I called to confirm and all seemed fine. Day of the appointment I’m just about to set off and I receive a call informing me that they didn’t have the windscreen in stock and they’d call me when it was in. It then took a further week for the windscreen to arrive then a further week before it could be fitted. Fitting takes about 3 hours and there’s a comfortable area where you can wait/work. Staff aren’t particularly friendly. You can hear them taking calls from complaining/disappointed customers so I guess that has an impact on their morale/attitude.

A month ago the windscreen on my working van was replaced in their facility in Slough, so I was waiting a month to see if everything it’s okay and if there were any leaks etc.So far all good and I’m overall happy with the technician work.Also the work was done in about 2.5 hours and it was very convenient for me to wait in their waiting area doing some admin work.
