Tom was excellent from start to finish. Finding the correct valve for the Leaking Unvented Cylinder was an issue due to the age of the cylinder, but Tom kept in touch the whole time. I will be using Tom in the future for further gas/plumbing related work.

Highly recommended. Had some issues with radiators not working and a section of heating pipe that had been crushed under a floorboard and Tom came round to have a look for me. Showed up when he said he would, fixed the issues quickly and was friendly and professional throughout. It was a minor job and I'd really struggled to get someone to come out to take look before contacting him. So thanks, Tom:)

Tom has been servicing our boiler for a couple of years and at last service advised us that the boiler was coming to end of its serviceable life. As a result he has supplied and fitted a new boiler, this was done with a minimum of fuss, it took less than a day despite having to solve a couple of issues due to the way the previous boiler had been installed. The job was done on budget and he left the site in a clean and tidy state. I can would have no doubts about recommending his services.

Tom came to have a look at our kitchen plumbing as we had been having issues with leaks for over 2 years, with previous visits/work done from other plumbers with no luck and no permanent fixes. We got booked in with Tom for him to and re-do the plumbing under our kitchen sink. After a few hiccups, persistent leaks, new sink, and plumbing, Tom fixed it! A bit of banter and great chats along the way.Punctual, polite, thoroughly explained/guided us in the process.Thanks Tom!

Tom had a wealth of experience and skill. Gave us lots of advice and information which we hadn't a clue before. We have a really old property and what was a 2-3hr job turned into 2 days worth. 4 weeks till Xmas and a newborn in the house. Tom did an excellent job, professional and very reasonable cost given the time of year. It's never cheap getting work done but glad we found Tom. He saved our Xmas and cannot highly recommend him enough.
