Today Sunday the 13th Nov. The girl running the store is very EXTREMELY RUDE!I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!We had to wait half an hour for her to open the door , and she gave us a DIRTY LOOK WHEN IT WAS 4 MINUTES TO THE OPENING AND YET DID NOT OPEN THE DOOR .., TILL IT WAS PAST THE 4 MINUTES!! RIDICULOUS! I UNDERSTAND SHORT OF STAFF, HUT RUDENESS, I WILL NOT TOLERATE!

Went in to talk to sales team about fragrances. Couldn’t decide between two scents so bought two samples to take away to decide on over lunch.Then realised that one of the samples that I purchased was faulty so went to return it and was told that I could get a another sample but if that one was faulty as well I was not allowed a refund.When question ing why I wasn’t able to get a refund on something I had purchased even though it was faulty. I was told that they were aware that there was an issue and that’s why they were changing the design but I was still not allowed my money back.He explained that there wasn’t a button on the till and that we would have to call customer services.This is so weird to me and totally ruined the experience.Glad I didn’t big a full product if this is the attitude.Lucky escape.

I came here on Sunday January 15. There were 20 mins till closing and the customer service was absolutely horrible there was a female worker who was exceptionally rude. She would not let us shop in peace constantly kept telling us no point in looking or smelling anything as she can’t put a scent bottle together. If that’s the case please close your store at 5:45 instead of 6. I will definitely never come back. I previously bought stuff from here but the horrible customer service put me off. Please train your staff in professionalism and etiquette.

It was great to have a look round their new shop inside the power station. The gentleman D was super friendly and helpful allowing us pick our new fragrance and even mixed it in front of us! I’m sure we will be back again to get a candle!

Came in on bank holiday Monday having wanted to visit for a while.Had really great service from the guy working… I’m quite indecisive but tried all the scents a few times and got some good advice in a non-pushy way.Really happy with my purchase and loved the process of picking out the right one for me. Didn’t catch his name, but fully appreciated the service. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed my experience at Le Labo. Pauline was really helpful, informative and patient. Left with two beautiful fragrances that I can’t wait to use and she also provided a healthy amount of samples to try. Very excited to return to Le Labo again and pick up some more intriguing scents.

I was served by Dehmet today and she was so kind and helpful! She told me all about the perfumes and helped me find the perfect fit, she was super knowledgeable and patient with me! She even told me about the bottle refill programme! I will definitely be coming back to Dehmet to refill my bottle. The store is lovely and the service is amazing, I completely recommend.

Best perfumes out there. So glad that they have samples on sale in this store. Very well stocked branch of Le Labo. Will be coming back for sure.
