Quite simply the best beef sandwich I have ever had! Very impressed. It is a reason to come back to Glasgow. Thank you Homemade.

I had the Chicken Parm sandwich and the chicken was unfortunately pink on the inside. I know this does not always mean it’s undercooked, but upon tasting it I could tell it wasn’t cooked through and so could not eat it. As I had it as a takeaway, I couldn’t return it either. It’s a shame because I had sandwiches from here before and never had any issues. Another thing I noticed was that the people at the counter are not very attentive. I was standing there for a good 3 or 4 minutes until the woman finally noticed me and asked what I would like to order.

We went in for a coffee, which might be why our experience was kind of mediocre. The coffees were ok, but the staff were kind of disinterested in us. The whole store smelled of frying oil quite strongly, but I understand that that can happen when the place is busy. Prices were okay though.

The sandwich was really good, great flavours and a generous portion. However, the coffee was rather bad. I went for a cappuccino and it was super acidic, almost like there was no milk in it at all and I couldn’t drink it. It was also very small, so definitely not worth the price. I will be back for another sandwich but definitely won’t go for coffee again!

Such good food and lovely ambience. We went for the chicken parm and had ice chocolates which were delicious.

Absolutely delicious chicken parm and buffalo chicken sandwiches. Be prepared to spend around £10 but it’s well worth it because they’re big and delicious. It’s just off Dumbarton Road and it’s well worth stopping by because you won’t be disappointed with what you have!

The sandwiches here are always fantastic! Love them. They themselves are a hearty meal & you are full all day. Our steak one wasn’t so great this time, the steak was a bit chewy and hard to eat. I think the chunks were too thick. However, the one with the pear was absolutely unreal!!! But the other times I had the french dip it was great! Difficult to get a seat.

Great little place. The sandwiches are absolutely delicious and are all freshly made on the premises. Chicken parm and California frickle are my favourite.
