A nice big store with plenty of stock. A must for those who have multiple hobbies like myself. A new soldering iron today and plenty in stock. Plus I noted right beside them was scenic items for model railway in my guage (00) so a good trip today. And a big thank you to the staff who were very helpful.

My children and I come here mainly for the children's craft workshops. Every member of staff we have ever encountered has been friendly and helpful. I honestly cannot fault the customer service here.

An assistant was hidden inside the door brushing her hair, l was looking for artificial Christmas flowers, l saw a small bucket with some in to one side of thedoor, after looking all around l saw the same assistant (who had by now finished her hair and had put on a headscarf) l asked her if there were more Christmas flowers other than those on the floor by the door, her answer was l don't know " then she walked off!Rude and disinterested."

Great range of general craft supplies, high enough quality and variety to meet most needs. There was a craft table set up in-store with a group of kids being shown how to do some crafts, which I think is a great addition, it would be good to see them run classes for all ages. Quite competitive pricing too. Heavy focus on Christmas crafts due to the time of year I was there; decoration making, and supplies for wreaths etc. You will find it difficult to leave without buying something!

My kids love the ceramic craft at Luton HobbyAndGraft store. The teacher (Ms Anna)was amazing today, she did a great job. The venue was clean and spacious and provided variety of material and tools for the craft. Very reasonable price for the workshop. Definitely recommend

This new store is a craft enthusiast's dream! There is a huge selection of craft supplies. You can create anything that comes to mind. There's even a baking section that I am eager to explore. Some of the displays are really unique, like the pick and mix beads. There are some exciting events coming up too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit.
